After some questionable “repairs” from another local company didn’t provide long term relief, I called LBA. Bradley showed up with a smile and a sewer camera. I needed the main line cleared but he discovered after scoping that the 75 year old clay pipe was past its usefulness and full of tree roots. Bradley gave me several options for repair. All were reasonable and decently priced for the scope of work. The next day Bradley and Chris showed up bright and early to replace my main line. They were hugely respectful of my property and time. They also rerouted the new line away from the tree to avoid damaging too many roots. Chris showed some great skill on the excavator and did a wonderful job back filling without ripping up my yard worse than needed. 100 percent I would recommend these guys to anyone needing sewer line work.

Had a leak in the upstairs shower. They didn’t find anything on what’s causing the leak but they were very quick to recommend their friends who do mold remediation. That’s their fix? The mold co was here in about 20 minutes. How convenient. My wife HATES even the possibility of mold so I agreed. What they did was put 2 professional fans and some chemicals in there, for 4 days. Then they wanted $3,443. The two companies were no doubt working together to find gullible people like me to do work that is either 100% not necessary or to just charge whatever the heck number they come up with that they think they can get. My shower still leaks and I have no idea why.

Storm took out several electrical items in our home. Furnace and A/C included. Called LBA out for service. They came out, listened to our concerns and quickly helped us understand our situation with old equipment and no available parts. The gave us a ln excellent price point on a complete system by York including a humidifier AND a full house duct cleaning. New equipment and a fresh new start which is really important in the summer heat and the fact that we have terrible allergies. The installation crew was very respectful of our home. They were quick and quiet completing everything inside of about 4 hours. The new system looks fantastic and runs nice and quiet. We’re very very happy we have LBA on our side. 5+ S⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Cameron is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He has diagnosed my sewer line problem using a camera and followed up a couple of options to consider.

Bradley is a skilled pro in the field. He’s the reason I’ll reach out to LBA if/when I need help next time. He’s good for business, and so is Hannah, who did great work on the phone.
