Left me with quite a mess. They damaged my floor, wall and door. They broke my attic ladder and it is hanging in my hallway. I had to call them to remind them that the breaker had to be changed. Not sure they are professional. Be careful. Price was very high. I am elderly, they took advantage of me. Two different technicians have taken photos of the damage. I should not have paid until it was fixed 100%. Maybe if they spoke better English, there would not have been a communication barrier. I just need the damages fixed. I have called the “project manager,” Jeremy, and someone from the office called me back. I was expecting a call today to find out when the repairs would be made. No calls. So today marks 3 times they have not returned my phone calls. I will call again tomorrow and see what happens. Apparently, their customer service is not very good!

Extremely efficient process. The technician/ sales who came out for quote was very professional, knowledgeable, technical and did not try to sell anything extra. The installers were both extremely skilled and efficient.

The entire experience was as great. Jeremy came out to analyze my home for heat/cooling systems, presented options, and offered me a great price. Carlos and Alex came for the 2 day install (one heat pump and air handler system each day). After explaining what they were going to do and answering questions; they went right to work. Their professionalism, experience, and skill showed as they worked consistently to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the installation process.

Jeremy was our salesperson and he was excellent. He explained everything Affordable Air offered with their incredible price for a brand new HVAC and A/C system. He never pushed us to make a decision. It was a very enjoyable sales experience. He was able to set up installation for the next day. The installers arrived on time and removed the existing system. They completed the install of the new system and checked everything out. We went through the check list of everything that was promised in the contract. They were very professional and did great work. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. The new A/C works very well. We are super pleased we went with Affordable Air for our new HVAC and A/C. We have already recommended them to a friend of ours looking to replace his system in the near future and would recommend them to anyone we know needing a new HVAC and A/C system.

From start to finish, the experience with Affordable Air was great. I gathered quotes from three reputable services, but their estimate beat the others. Jeremy was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Oftentimes in home maintenance, the sales person is great and the crew that shows up is a different matter, but this experience helped restore my faith that one can have an all-around good experience. Roger and his crew showed up in the allowed time, were quiet, clean, courteous and efficient. The removal of the old system and the install of the new went much quicker than I anticipated, and since our house is older, it's not the easiest access and navigation. The following day, they came out to address/adjust the cooling level ,and we've been very happy since. The new system is quieter and is keeping us cool as we are in the dog days of a Texas summer. They took care of city permits and hauling off old systems, so to was a no-brainer to give them a 5-star rating. They have a new and very happy customer!
