Monarch Home Services was kind of annoying in their constant texts about scheduling a service call! But when I finally was ready to have them come to my home and check out the AC unit they worked with me on scheduling. Ray and Jose arrived and were very polite and professional. I explained what my purpose in having them do the inspection. They got right to it. They explained clearly and concisely what they found and asked pertinent questions. Jose got busy on the roof cleaning what he could. Ray worked up estimates for the ductwork. Once I chose the option the paperwork for the financing went quickly. Both men were respectful of my property and pleasant to interact with. New ductwork installation will start in 2 days!

I had a great experience with Monarch Home Services! The office staff was super helpful when setting up my appointment, and my technician Sangeet was punctual, professional, and very informative. My AC had stopped working, and after a failed attempt by a family friend to fix it, I wasn’t sure what to do. Monarch came through the same day, got my unit running again, and made me feel confident that I called the right company. I highly recommend them for anyone needing fast and reliable service

I had an inspection on AC/Heating unit not working. The techs were very polite and informative. Unfortunately, the quote I was given for the "band-aid" repair (not permanent) was $7,400! I had another company go inspect and they fixed the issue. I paid $850.00!!! Yes, issue had nothing to do with what I was told by Monarch. Guys, do your homework. Get second, third opinions if necessary. I will be recommending the other company 100%

As a single mom, it can be stressful letting people into your home but my technician, Jesse, made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my unit. I also loved that Monarch Home Services offers the opportunity to donate canned foods to help the less fortunate while getting your service done. It felt good knowing that taking care of my home was also supporting our community. I definitely recommend Monarch Home Services and look forward to using them again in the future!

I work in a restaurant, my job is customer service. So I know very well when I am receiving great service versus good service. Jesús, Jesse, did a fantastic job at explaining to me the work or maintenance he was going to do to find the problem. And after he did his job, he explained to me what was happening and what was going to be done. He was very professional and I would love to have him be the guy that comes and services the unit I purchased from you guys because I felt confident that he did a great job.
