It’s my second time that we are using MMI at my current property. Very easy to work with this company. Always reliable, always on time, and they always complete the work requested — and even more. We had the issue with our AC and they came and fix it the same day. Also got a good recommendation about fixing some components. If I ever need a handyman in the future or have any issues with the AC, I will definitely call them. Highly recommended.

The response was quite quick. I called them and they had a tech schedule for the next day. Had them come install some floating shelves and wire in some LED lighting. The finished project looked great. Now if you're wondering why it's 3 stars instead of 5, it was the follow up customer service that was quite jarring. The work was completed at 8:43 pm and the invoice was sent over. It did take some time for the invoice to be received via text message. Roughly 12 hours later at 9 am they sent a gruff enforcer to my door who accused me of not wanting to pay. Claimed that he had been trying to contact me but there were no emails, text messages, or missed calls. Though I was reaching for my phone to do the transaction, he wanted to "see me do it right there". So you know what? Pulled out my credit card and did it right there where he could see me. Install was great, but there will not be a next time for this company.

I guess since it's been almost a year with no word back from them, I'll leave a review. I made the mistake of hiring them last year to clean the vents in our home. They claimed the method they used would eliminate the need to clean every vent opening individually. The two guys that showed were entirely unprofessional. They drug the equipment through our house and slammed it into multiple things. When they put the vent covers back on, they felt it necessary to use an impact driver and bent every one of them, and cracked the drywall in one spot. I talked to the office person (John I think) and sent him pictures of the damage, and he said he would send them to management. After hearing nothing for a month I reached out again. He claimed he didn't remember me or the situation, so I explained it again. It's now been almost a year and still nothing. They also blew the dryer lent all over our back yard and claimed there was "nothing else they could do with it" when I mentioned it. Don't believe the bot reviews, these guys are awful.

What an incredible company! I contacted them yesterday, and thankfully they had a cancellation and were able to come out first thing this morning. They were efficient, professional, and finished before 11 a.m. They cleaned our dryer vent just in time. Turns out there was hair buildup that had started to burn 😬. Gaston and his team were extremely thorough, kept us informed throughout the process, and even provided before-and-after photos, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be using them again for our annual dryer vent cleaning and plan to schedule an air duct cleaning in the spring. Their professionalism, quick service, and the education they provided on why this maintenance is so important truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

I don’t really write reviews but i had to because i was astonished by the difference that was taken place. Mark and Angle did a great job fabricating a supply box from scratch. I was amazed on how it was built. Will recommend to others for sure
