Mark was absolutely fantastic! He quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with my return air flow by correcting a kink that had been installed improperly. The difference is amazing! My upstairs room now stays comfortable no matter the weather! Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in his work. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if I ever have any HVAC issues in the future.

I called MMI based on good reviews they have and took a chance on them. They came out for a simple cleaning and found out that my blower motor was stuffed. My tenants didn’t do a good job by replacing the filter but im satisfied with how Mark was able to make it clean, Truly extraordinary work.

I was recommended by a family of mine and i had them come out to inspect my HVAC system. Mark and his crew were able to diagnose a huge problem in my duct system. Apparently ive been having exposure of air leaks which led to having mold growing. Mark told me that i was fortunate enough to save my supply box because the original material tends to be like a sponge and would have to replace it for a new piece. He suggested that I get the connections properly sealed and surely he surprised me with his work. Great Job!

Gaston and Sam came to my home today and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Our air ducts and AC unit were in terrible shape with so much dirt, but by the time they were done, everything was spotless. They were so thorough and professional, answering all my questions and walking me through every step of the process. Gaston even showed me pictures of the inside of my upstairs AC unit and the outside unit so I could see the difference for myself. Gaston was incredibly kind, approachable, and understanding, and they worked within my budget while focusing on what truly needed to be done. Such a great experience—I highly recommend them!
