We had a leaky window that had been causing damage inside our house, and SFW Construction really saved the day. They were good at communicating beforehand, and they did a great job identifying the leak to be sure they would fix the problem at the source. It ended up being a pretty significant repair that included replacing siding on the back of the house and re-installing two windows. The project was expensive and took more than a week to complete, but we feel confident that they did a good job.

Keep in mind that these photos show my deck still needing paint but it wasn’t possible given the rainy season! So SFW was awesome to work with. They brought my aging deck up to code, found and replaced rotting wood, reinforced sinking beams. These people know how to make the most of what you already have, and only replace things where needed. They fix things in place. Charging time and materials is actually a very fair way to repair a deck. This got mine into good enough shape to sell with a warranty for the new buyer. Also Arthur and Jeremy were both simply a delight to work with - professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

I had a major leak from my attic to my 2nd floor guest room. Alex Smith and his crew have been amazing. These guys are not only efficient, but kind & thorough. I feel well taken care of by them!

Prompt response, helpful followup, and clear communication throughout. I felt like I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. The work was inaccessible to me up on the roof and they sent pictures as they progressed. My expectations were exceeded in every way. Thanks!

Our deck was broken and bowing (where the feet are located). Chris and his and crew from SFW secured everything and made it back to a useable and stable deck!
