Atlanta Decking & Fence did a complete tear-down and rebuild of our deck. We got composite decking, metal rails, and the steel under-decking system. We have never had such an amazing experience with a home renovation project. I can’t overstate how fantastic this company is in everything they do. From the initial communications, through the planning phase, through construction, and up to the finishing touches, this company was on it down to the last detail. They executed exactly as they said they would from day one. There were NO surprises. There was no BS and no misdirection. During construction, there were NO knocks on the door to show us random issues that no one anticipated, resulting in changes and additional costs. Clearly, legitimate issues can happen, but I’m just saying the amount of prep work AD&F did on the front end made everything go like clockwork. We actually got 3 bids for this project from 3 different, reputable local companies. AD&F was the middle bid — not the highest or the lowest. Their initial presentation and communication were the best and most personable. If you are weighing options for a deck project, Atlanta Decking & Fence has our HIGHEST recommendation.

We were very happy with Atlanta Decking. Initial sketches were creative and gave us more living space up top than our old one. Underdecking also allowed us a new little outdoor living room off the basement. Moises and Alfredo worked so fast and with great attention to detail and precision. They cleaned everything up like they were never even there! Dana oversaw the entire operation and quality control and Dave went above and beyond to address some water runoff issues we didn’t even anticipate! We love our new deck and have spent every day out there since it was finished. We highly recommend this company.

David, Kristen, Mandie, Bob, and the entire Atlanta Decking & Fence team were wonderful to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with how our enclosed patio project progressed and the final outcome. Kristen helped us design our dream space and was patient with us as we went back and forth considering available options and design esthetics. Mandie was very helpful and responsive when it came to scheduling and managing the project. David was frequently on site and was readily available to discuss and concerns. He also had great ideas for staining and placement of finishing touches to ensure the project was exceptional. Alfredo & his crew were absolute professionals and clearly demonstrated their tenured carpentry skills. We are thrilled with the finished project and cannot wait to spend time in our new space!

The folks at Atlanta Decking & Fence are pros. Their work is top quality, and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. My beautiful screened porch is one of my favorite areas of my house; and my most recent project, a beautifully designed arbor over my garage door, adds architectural interest to a boring side of my house. Many compliments have been received on both projects, and my neighbors continue to ask who did the design and construction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atlanta Decking & Fence to anyone. They are the best!

This is my second deck job with ADF and I will attest that they are not only experts in what they do but their pricing is very reasonable. Dave and his team are really good at what they do from beginning to end. I was impressed with their suggestions for the job at hand and how they explained the options that was recommended. After two jobs well done I will not hesitate to call them again when needed. A perfect 10, period.
