Quality 1st Basement Systems did a great job on a basement finishing project for us. The team was professional and courteous throughout the project, working tirelessly to make sure that we had an amazing outcome. Julio, the leader of the onsite build team, and his team were thoughtful, ensuring minimal disruption to our lives. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire project, making sure that the finished product reflected exactly what we wanted. This was a big project, requiring them to coordinate electricians, plumbers, and government officials, and they did it seamlessly. I would certainly recommend Julio and Quality 1st Basement Systems to someone considering a similar project.

Quality first basements have done a phenomenal job on my crawlspace and Basement. Work was quick, professional, clean, and it looks phenomenal. I worked with JOE, on the initial assessment as well as a sitdown To go over details about the product and the work. He was also the site manager to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I would trust JOE to come back and recommend other home improvements cause he is a straight shooter and understands the ups and downs of homeownership. Price was on par with the work done and the quality of craftsmanship. I’m a first time home owner and I have a lot of work left to do in this house, and quality first basements have earned my trust for future work. Greg Louis, provided an accurate and detailed quote that was easy to understand and reasonably priced. He was Very knowledgeable About various things that affect water intrusion into an About various factors that effect water intrusion into a Basement and personable as well! A true gentleman!He explained the ins and outs of the system we were having installed thoroughly. Team Noe Came to our home and spent a day and a half upgrading our basement. They were as clean as possible, detail oriented And efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process and asked frequently if I had any questions to make sure I understood what was Being done. They really did a phenomenal job! Basement looks Clean and polished. You can’t go wrong with Quality 1st Basement

I just had Quality 1st Basement Systems install a new Bilco door. Mine was rusted through after 34 years. Bernie, Eliseo and Ismael did a wonderful job installing my new door. They even cleaned up the cob webs and debris from my basement stairs. I watched the install from beginning to end and they made this install look so easy. They knew what to do and did it and I am one happy customer. As a bonus their price was so much cheaper than other basement waterproofing companies. I would highly recommend Bernie, Eliseo and Ismael and Quality 1st Basement Systems for your next project. Sincerely a happy customer!!

We had a great experience with Quality 1st Basement! When I called for the appointment the next day they sent over a package information about their company and work they do. This was helpful to have prior to our appointment. On our appointment date we met with Jeff who was very professional, knowledgeable and well prepared to qoute us on what was best recommended for us! On the service date we had Luis who communicated very well with us throughout the work process. The finish was immaculate! My husband and I couldn’t be any happier with everything! We are glad we made that initial call they did not disappoint but if anything surpass our expectations! Thank you Jeff and and Luis!
