Quality 1st Basement is an exceptional business you never want to have to use but if the water comes in and wreaks havoc on your basement these are the guys to call. I got a few other estimates from local and national contractors, but happy I went with Quality 1st. From start to finish with no pressure honest sales all the way to a clean, efficient finish the make the process easier than you would expect for a crew coming in to jack hammer ops your floors. They completed the job beyond some of my expectations adding material not even discussed to make sure putting the room back together would be easy for a homeowner. Highly recommend asking for Tim to quote your project and Luis to manage the labor when the time comes, which maybe it never will for you!

I’ve had a really wonderful experience from the beginning. I had French drains installed almost 2 years ago and continue to service with them. They did the original work with absolutely no mess and no disruptions to my business. Recently I had an urgent issue unrelated to the drains and they came right away. They are responsive, quick and reliable. You get right through when you call and the people at customer service and support are friendly, helpful and took my concerns very seriously. The tech that came this week, Chris, was respectful, knowledgeable and figured out a way to help me and temporarily resolve my emergent issue. We also discussed a permanent solution as well. I couldn’t have been happier. I strongly recommend Quality 1st Basements.

Worked with Dane for the whole process and he was great. Clear communication throughout the entire project and great pricing. The crew showed up on time and finished within the timeframe relayed from the beginning. They made sure to keep the space and my items clean. End result looks better than I imagined.

11/10 stars for this company. They understood the situation and addressed it with 0 back and forth just a plan to execute. The technicians, Mario and Carlos are highly professional and very efficient. I had the waterproofing and drain system installed by quality 1st a year ago. When I initially had the install completed NYC had a code for sumps to be pumped directly into the sewage drain. I had to hire a plumber to attach the sumps into the drain line. A month ago they sent a notice and the city changed their mind; they now want gutters and sumps to be pumped to the yard (which will end up in the same drain anyways - that’s a story for another day). Juan from the service department spoke with me on the phone, we came up with a gameplan to install a diverter or a wye with a valve having a discharge line to go to the sewer and one to the front (just in case the city changes their mind again). Set up a date - Carlos and Mario showed up and executed it perfectly. They even installed the jblock on the vinyl siding to finish it off. They cleaned up their work area and sealed off any opening. 10/10

We had an excellent experience with Quality First! Jason, our system design specialist, came out on a Saturday knowing we had a tight schedule moving into a new home. The previous owners had utilized Quality First for a basement interior drain system, and we ended up completing two side crawlspaces with full encapsulation. Anthony, our foreman, and his team were excellent and very professional. The completed job is phenomenal and adds a huge amount of storage space as well as added comfort. Thank you guys!
