My experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems was nothing less than very positive from day one. The sales team was professional in their presentation, and what I could expect during my total Basement renovation project. The contractor who did the work on my basement was Julio and his assistant Juan. They did an outstanding job, and Julio was also full of personality. I would highly recommend him and personally request him if you're planning on getting your basement renovated. Julio did an outstanding job on my basement. Thanks again for everything!!!

Quality 1st Basement is an exceptional business you never want to have to use but if the water comes in and wreaks havoc on your basement these are the guys to call. I got a few other estimates from local and national contractors, but happy I went with Quality 1st. From start to finish with no pressure honest sales all the way to a clean, efficient finish the make the process easier than you would expect for a crew coming in to jack hammer ops your floors. They completed the job beyond some of my expectations adding material not even discussed to make sure putting the room back together would be easy for a homeowner. Highly recommend asking for Tim to quote your project and Luis to manage the labor when the time comes, which maybe it never will for you!

We hired Quality 1st to address the issue of water in the basement. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone was professional, efficient and timely. Mike came for a consultation and to give us a quote. He was thorough, honest and professional. He really educates customers on the process, products & services provided! We scheduled the service with him that same day. The work was completed this week. Mario and his team were professional, efficient and thorough! Mario made sure we understood the work they were doing each day, asked if we had any questions and checked in with us once each step of the process was completed to explain what they were going to do next. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work that was done! Photos included are before, during and after. It looks AMAZING! I am so happy we decided to move forward and have Quality 1st Basement handle the job!

We recently had an excellent experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems. After dealing with basement leaks every time it rained—and elevated mold levels because of it—we were referred to them by friends who had used the company for their own basement water concerns. Mike D evaluated our basement thoroughly and recommended a drainage system, new inorganic mold‑resistant walls, a triple sump pump system, and a dehumidifier. Quality 1st was the only company, out of several estimates we received, that guaranteed our basement would no longer leak. They were also the most reasonably priced. Every other contractor proposed a more expensive solution without guaranteeing future protection. The installation took four days and went incredibly smoothly. The foreman, Faustino, was communicative, detail‑oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with the final result. His crew worked diligently, did fantastic work, and left everything clean when they were done. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend speaking with Quality 1st if you’re dealing with basement water issues.

Kathleen was incredibly responsive and professional. When we needed clarification on the revised proposal, she provided a crystal-clear, line-by-line explanation of the costs, which showed great transparency. She even went the extra mile to honor the original, lower pricing for the TripleSafe pumps. I appreciate the team’s flexibility in adjusting the project scope, including keeping the Foamax wall liner as a flexible option for the future.
