John came for his initial assessment of my basement that looked like a scary horror movie set aka “the PIT”! John discussed what needed to be done and was very helpful with many suggestions. This has been in my honey do list for a long long time. Once i signed and agreed to the contract within hours, Pam reached out to me to set up the day the work would start, which was only a few days. She was able to pull the permit. The crew reached out the morning of the day work was to begin to give me updates to their arrival time. Once they arrived John, the foreman, who has been with safe basements for 13 years, gave me updates of what they were going to do step by step. Crew of John, Kieran and Luke were very respectful of making sure to get the dirt and rock in/out in the most efficient way possible by using a basement window instead of going up and down the stairs thru the house. I was very appreciative that all the rocks, dirt and supplies didn’t have to go thru my house! And I know hauling the dirt and rock was allot of work!!! After two days I now have a beautiful clean space, that I will no longer have to worry about water intrusion, all thanks to safe basements. Before the crew left, John went over the sump pump mechanics and discussed the install in further detail. The entire team was even approved by my very opinionated Airedales!!😁 I am so happy with the work done and I no longer have that ugly basement! Highly reccommend safe basements and their team!

We wanted to give a special thanks to Michael Schmidt for the super clean, tight and professional job he did on our basement project. Over the many feet of rain we had this spring and summer there has not been one drop of water in this basement. Thank you to Brian Bagley who was with us on this project from the beginning and his customer service was outstanding.

SafeBasements helped us so much! They problem solved something that nobody was able to do for years for us. With their creativeness and then their professionalism they put us at ease and was able to install or sump pump in a way that nobody else figured out. Also their workers were amazing. They did such a great job far less intrusive than I thought it would be and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them. Cody and his crew were awesome! Shane did the creative design!!!

Had basement wall failing and safe basements gave me a free estimate. They were hired and sent out a crew led by Michael Schmidt. His follow through and work detail were top notch. A couple of hick ups and he worked through the issue to make sure we were satisfied. Gotta say, I feel 1000% better hanging out in the house knowing Michael was on the job! Above and beyond workmanship! Safe basements is the way to go for your foundation concerns! 😊

Our basement took on water during “The Great Flood of Willmar, 2025.” We called SafeBasements because they had done my daughter’s house about 6 yrs ago. Shane came out and explained the process and answered about 100 questions we had. He answered several more questions by phone after he left and we decided to have the work done. The guys started on a Monday and finished on Thursday night. They put up plastic to minimize the dust and they busted their tails every day. They worked with me to move a drain pipe that was poorly installed and filled in and cemented over the old sump basin. Joel and Colton were friendly and hard-working and even let my 9 yr old grandson try his hand at finishing concrete. I couldn’t be happier with the finished work and now I can sleep when it rains.The hardest part was arranging payment because the office was so busy setting up jobs. We know people who have had similar work done by different contractors and still had flooding. Call these guys and get it done right.
