Nick and Isaiah were wonderful to work with, they answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), were professional, personable and knowledgeable. They kept assessing what needed to be done based on the changing issues. They put in 2 wall anchors, wrapped the block, water proofed it, put cement and mortar in all cracks, put in a frost barrier and added an external sump pump due to the water not draining and the clay dirt. Can't say enough good things about them, safe basements and Nate who was my main contact.

The Safe Basement team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Bryce did a thorough inspection of my basement walls and an exceptional job of explaining to me the need to stabilize the north wall based on precise laser measurements. The north wall was outside of engineering structural tolerance. I was offered a fabulous financing offer and pre-qualified the same day. A week later the installation team of Brandon and Alex arrived on time and provided friendly and professional workmanship. Within 6 hours my north wall was stabilized and all work expertly completed and cleaned up better than when they arrived. This project was a very positive experience which resulted in my home being a safer place for my family. Thank you Safe Basements your team really delivered a home run for me.

Had basement wall failing and safe basements gave me a free estimate. They were hired and sent out a crew led by Michael Schmidt. His follow through and work detail were top notch. A couple of hick ups and he worked through the issue to make sure we were satisfied. Gotta say, I feel 1000% better hanging out in the house knowing Michael was on the job! Above and beyond workmanship! Safe basements is the way to go for your foundation concerns! 😊

I heard about Safe Basements from a neighbor who had them install their water control system in his basement. He showed me the results, & highly recommended their services to me. I called them to schedule an appointment, & the next day Brian was at my house to see what it would take to do mine. He was very good to work with, & came up with an estimate I knew I could work with. When the crew (Ben, Colton, Hunter, Joel, Michael & Nick) came to work on it, they were very professional, very efficient & even fun to work with! They started that morning & completed it the same day, which I thought was very impressive! I would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking for basement walls & floor for high ground water protection. Thanks again to the Safe Basement crew in Litchfield Mn!!

What started out as questionable service was quickly remedied. Ricky was professional and took responsibility even though he didn't do the initial job. He and another worker worked in the rain all day and fixed our patio to our satisfaction. We won't hesitate to hire them again in needed.
