Had a great expeience with the installation, the team were professional, they left everything very clean when they were done. I want to thank all the guys who worked on our fireplace, the two Erics, Angel, and Brad. We know not absolutely everything goes according to plan: the screen was damaged during the final stages of the installation and I was promised a replacement with an estimate of two weeks, 6 weeks later after several calls, none of which were returned we're still waiting for the defective screen to be replaced. What should have been an otherwise A+ experience has been tarnished.

The best. We did our due diligence and got quotes from several chimney services. Our old wood burner needed a lot of work. Some came in higher, some came in lower. We chose Lindemann because the service and professionalism was unparalleled. They were very responsive to our questions, very thorough in explaining the process, very patient in waiting for us to decide, and very good at getting the job done right and on the first time. Their lifetime guarantee means I'm not going to need their chimney service again, but if I ever did, I'd come straight back.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Lindemann Chimney, and it was all thanks to Shaun Peters. From the very first sales visit, Shaun impressed us with his deep knowledge and genuine willingness to walk us through every option in detail. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each approach without a hint of pressure to move forward. From the start, he felt like a trusted friend rather than a salesperson. What made the experience even better was that Shaun was also the one who handled the installation. Over the course of his two visits—one for the consultation and one for the install—we bonded over craft beers and Kenosha’s finest restaurants, which only reinforced what a truly stand-up guy he is. The quality of his work was exceptional. His attention to detail was honestly next level—carefully measuring the firebox to ensure it was perfectly centered and even spray-painting the galvanized gas line black so it blended seamlessly with the lava rocks. Nothing was overlooked. Shaun was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his passion for his craft and pride in his work did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and couldn’t be happier with the results. Lindemann corrected a botched job done by another company. I am so happy with the inspection and installation work of a new chimney liner for both the fireplace and hot water/boiler side of the chimney. Ricardo and Angel were the installers for both liners and new fireplace insert. They were friendly, on time and left the job in our home spotless. I highly recommend the company and all of their employees we came in contact with. Jack

We called Lindemann to help determine the source of a water leak from the air-conditioning system and to help stop the leak. The technician did the job! He discovered that the company from whom we purchased the air-conditioning system Did not properly align the drain pipe For condensate. The photo shows that the pipe is tilted upwards instead of downwards. This caused the water to overflow from a pan and down through the unit and onto our basement floor. The company that supplied and installed our air conditioner heavily advertises in the Chicago area. Lindaman does not advertise as much as this other company, but their technical support staff is superior. We also use them to help maintain our fireplace in chimney.
