About a month ago our chimney caps blew off due to high wind. I was getting the ladder out when my wife asked what I was doing so I told her I was getting a measurement so I could order a new cap. She said no way and to call a chimney contractor. (Being married for 47 years and 75 years old I didn't argue) after talking to several contractors I hired Lindemann. What sold me was their lifetime warranty and all their products are made in house. When they came to install the cap I was very impressed with the quality of chimney cap and the installers did a great job installing it. GREAT JOB LINDEMANN!

Had a great expeience with the installation, the team were professional, they left everything very clean when they were done. I want to thank all the guys who worked on our fireplace, the two Erics, Angel, and Brad. We know not absolutely everything goes according to plan: the screen was damaged during the final stages of the installation and I was promised a replacement with an estimate of two weeks, 6 weeks later after several calls, none of which were returned we're still waiting for the defective screen to be replaced. What should have been an otherwise A+ experience has been tarnished.

The best. We did our due diligence and got quotes from several chimney services. Our old wood burner needed a lot of work. Some came in higher, some came in lower. We chose Lindemann because the service and professionalism was unparalleled. They were very responsive to our questions, very thorough in explaining the process, very patient in waiting for us to decide, and very good at getting the job done right and on the first time. Their lifetime guarantee means I'm not going to need their chimney service again, but if I ever did, I'd come straight back.

We had a fantastic experience with Chris from Lindemann! He came to inspect and clean the fireplace in our new home. He proved his honesty immediately by telling us a cleaning wasn't necessary, saving us money. He then identified that our 1976 chimney was out of code and explained our options—either rebuilding the wood fireplace or converting it to straight gas for a more budget-friendly price. Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Lindemann has earned our future business!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Lindemann Chimney, and it was all thanks to Shaun Peters. From the very first sales visit, Shaun impressed us with his deep knowledge and genuine willingness to walk us through every option in detail. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each approach without a hint of pressure to move forward. From the start, he felt like a trusted friend rather than a salesperson. What made the experience even better was that Shaun was also the one who handled the installation. Over the course of his two visits—one for the consultation and one for the install—we bonded over craft beers and Kenosha’s finest restaurants, which only reinforced what a truly stand-up guy he is. The quality of his work was exceptional. His attention to detail was honestly next level—carefully measuring the firebox to ensure it was perfectly centered and even spray-painting the galvanized gas line black so it blended seamlessly with the lava rocks. Nothing was overlooked. Shaun was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his passion for his craft and pride in his work did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and couldn’t be happier with the results.
