I had an extremely dirty Oriental rug that I've owned since 1999. I'm embarrassed to say that I never had it cleaned, but I'm so happy that I found Ayoub Carpet Service! They gave me a very accurate estimate for the cleaning as the rug is pretty large. Their technicians, Jaime, Carlos and Hamilton, showed up on time for both the pickup and the delivery. Jaime was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us with the choice of rug pad as we had been using one that was not meant for hardwood so that was very educational for us. Carlos educated us on the spot cleaning product that they provide upon delivery. Hamilton is super strong and carried the heavier rug, LOL. All of them were super nice and very professional! The rug looks absolutely beautiful and brand new! I am super happy with the result. The only thing that I didn't receive are the photos of the in-process work, which they said I would receive to follow the cleaning through the process. However, that was not a big deal to me, just the end result which is beautiful! I would highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning and rug cleaning needs!!

Just hired Ayoub Chantilly to replace our worn out carpet throughout our upstairs. Worked with Ryan who met all of our needs given a unique situation. We shopped around and price compared with a few other carpet companies and found that while the prices were almost identical, the quality of the carpets varied widely. Ayoub had the best quality carpet and provided some options the others were not willing to consider. Rigo and Hector were our installers and they worked late into the evening to complete the job to our satisfaction. If they come to your house just have some Coca Cola around. They work very hard to do a good job. I'd recommend Ayoub Chantilly to anyone needing carpet services.

The team of Carlos and Freddy delivered my freshly cleaned Karastan rugs and new pads today. They were very customer-service oriented, punctual, courteous and accommodating. They ensured that the pads had been cut to the perfect size and the rugs were placed perfectly to our satisfaction. Carlos pointed out that one pad was cut a little too short at the shop and he made sure to have it replaced. I love how Ayoub revitalized my rugs and the wonderful delivery service. Attached picture shows one of the rugs in my home office. [Also note the gleaming floor since Ayoub had polished our floors recently.] I will ask for the Carlos and Freddy team next time I need my rugs cleaned. They are an exceptional team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Olvin & Brian did an amazing job cleaning our carpets (stairs). They were stained prior to us moving in & the team at Ayoub made them look new again!! They were very professional & friendly. Will definitely use ACS again in the future!! Thank you!

Jamie and Hamilton called to let me know when they were on their way (the beginning of the time window I was given - Yay!!), they arrived quickly and were extremely professional and polite, they had my beautifully cleaned rug back under my HEAVY dining table within minutes. They left me with some complimentary carpet cleaner and a few other items of swag. I’ll definitely be using Ayoub again in the future. The pickup and drop off feature was really nice for my large rug that I wouldn’t have been able to fit in my car to drop at the store. Thank you!
