We offer two retail showrooms conveniently located in Northern Virginia along with free in-home consultation.

"We ordered custom carpets in early June 2021. The staff was helpful showing us how to order the carpets and showing us the many varieties of custom options available. Up to the point we placed the order we were satisfied with the customer service. However once the order was placed they all but forgot about us. The original delivery estimate was 8-12 weeks. It’s now late October and we’re “ hoping” for delivery before the end of 2021. While I do understand these delays may be beyond They’re control, communication has been almost nonexistent. Our calls requesting status on the order have resulted in little information. When we called, more often than not, no one knows anything about the order. Promises to call us back with info were usually broken—so we repeatedly called till we reached someone who was willing to dig up the info or make inquiries. The usual response was “that’s Lauren’s” department. We’ll have her call you back. She rarely did. Again, we know this is a difficult situation so if the rugs arrive in good condition by December, snd installation goes as expected we’ll upgrade our evaluation of your service."

"I have been using Ayoub Carpet cleaning services for many years but I'm not sure I would recommend this service to others. I have not done enough comparison shopping to know if the prices are fair - they seem very expensive - almost the price of buying a new rug. I also rarely get called to advise that the rugs are ready to be picked up. I usually have to call many weeks after I put them in for cleaning to find out they've been ready for pick up. Although I would like to use the free pick up and delivery service, I have tried to schedule this but they are not able to advise when they will come by until the day of and, with a 30 minute warning, it makes it impossible to plan anything else on that day."

"The contractors that Ayoub used for flooring and carpet installation were very disappointing and required follow up visits to complete. We had to bring it to Ayoub's attention. In the case of the flooring, that hadn't completed the job—just left without finishing. And they did a poor job (marring the floor) of installing the wood flooring. In the case of the carpet installation, the installer cut it in the street and a car ran over it—this was a self inflicted wound! And further delayed move in. We had used Ayoub before for carpeting installation and it was outstanding. This time, it was a disaster. I would like to commend our Ayoub representative—he worked very hard to make things right, but it still didn't overcome the quality of the work that the contractors did. I would give the rep an A and give the flooring and carpeting installers a D."

"Bottom Line Up Front: The installed carpet looks nice, but the process could use improvement. The carpet installers were very task oriented, which is good, but they were not particularly friendly. They seemed to want to get the job done and get out. They did not wear shoe covers whenever coming in from outside. When my wife asked them if they had covers for their shoes, she was told they never do that. I believe if someone spends thousands of dollars for new upstairs carpeting, it should not be walked all over with shoes that had been worn outside. Fortunately there was no noticeable dirt on the carpet, but I still did not like the idea of someone wearing outdoor shoes on our new carpet since we as a family do not wear shoes inside the house. After the carpet was installed, one of the bedroom doors was impossible to open or close because of the height of the new carpet. That was not the installers' fault, but the person who had placed the hinges too low on the door in the first place. Nevertheless, they did not say anything to us about it before leaving at the end of the day. We discovered it after they had left. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the whole experience, though, was that no one from Ayoub followed up with us to ask us what we thought about the new carpet installation or if we had any questions. It seemed like they had gotten their money and were done with us."
