Omar and his associate were here today I feel bad I forgot the young fella's name. They did an amazing job! They were very professional, efficient and very careful with my walls which I greatly appreciated! They arrived in a timely fashion and called ahead to let me know they were coming. They even left me a goodie bag which I thought was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this company. I will have them back next year. My carpets look brand new! I also priced around and got many quotes some of which were absolutely ridiculous. Their prices are very fair and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

I've been using Ayoub Carpet to clean my Persian, Turkish, and Soumak rugs for almost ten years. They are always polite, professional, and prompt. Today I scheduled in-home delivery for the first time. The quality of service was no different. Jamie called me first thing this morning to set up arrival time and get parking directions. He was polite and professional. He and Cory arrived when promised, quickly delivered the carpet directly to my apartment, and set it up in my front room. The whole experience was seamless and easy. I will definitely continue to call Ayoub whenever the need arises.

Great experience with rug cleaning pick up and drop off! Our delivery guys Jamie and Hamilton were tremendous. Friendly, respectful of our apartment (wore shoe covers, gently moved furniture) and very sweetly greeted our dog! Text and call communication was great too. Would recommend for sure 👍

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ayoub Carpet Service! Don’t let the name fool you, they do all kinds of flooring. We replaced the carpet in our basement to LVP. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. Ryan did an amazing job helping us through the initial style and pattern, and Nicolette was there on the day of installation making sure everything went well. They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and paid meticulous attention to detail. Our new floors look amazing and have completely transformed our home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality work!

Excellent service. Pick up & drop Off are seamless & communicated promptly! The rugs & pads are perfect & pads are of excellent quality. They reinstall the returned rug & pad in the room of your choosing. They locate the rug perfectly around your existing furniture & belongings without any issue. My technician Jamie is excellent - so polite & communicative & kind. His assistant Cory was a great help too
