Just expressing my dissatisfaction with the bathroom (shower) renovation project currently underway in my home. From the start, this project has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. During demolition, proper precautions were not taken to protect my home, resulting in excessive dust and disruption. More importantly, serious workmanship issues have occurred: Incorrect measurements and plumbing placement, which required complete rework Cracked tiles and uneven spacing that were initially dismissed Damage to the bathtub Failure to properly seal and finish critical areas of the shower Work completed in a manner that appears careless, particularly in areas not easily visible Additionally, there has been a consistent lack of communication regarding scheduling, delays, and product selections. This project has now extended beyond two weeks, leaving my home in disarray and causing significant inconvenience. At this project completely out of words and unsatisfied with this company at this point I will never recommend this company to anybody.

On Saturday, February 21, Statewide installers Vern Jackson and his son Demetrius completed the installation of my walk-in shower, and I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. They arrived exactly on time, thoroughly explained the entire installation process before starting, and took exceptional care to protect my home by laying down protective floor coverings from the front door all the way to the bathroom. Their attention to detail was evident from start to finish. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The shower was installed with precision, care, and true expertise. Once the installation was complete, they took the time to walk me through how everything operates and clearly explained the precautions to follow while the adhesive behind the wall panels fully cures. Mr. Jackson truly knows his craft, and it shows in every detail of his work. Both Vern and Demetrius were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality installation and exceptional service.

My bathroom remodel consisted of a walk-in shower. It’s a good product. The workmanship was quality. However, this remodel walk-in shower was TOTALLY OVERPRICED! What was promised to be completed in 3 to 4 days turn into 3 to 4 weeks. The sales presentation was aggressive. Trying to sell me more than I could afford. Really came off as taking advantage of the elderly. That’s my personal opinion and I’m sticking to it. The lifetime warranty is really nice. The supervisor, installer and customer service were all very nice and knowledgeable and got back to me when I called and left a message. If you’re planning a shower remodel be sure and do your homework. The water fixture has a low flow devise and I don’t like that.

Absolutely amazing looking bathtub remodel from Joseph and Jon at Statewide Remodeling. The work was very efficient and tidy throughout the process. The cleaned up perfectly which allows us to still be able to use the toilet while the remodeling was being done. I work from home and hardly even knew they were doing the work. We also felt confident talking with them our their senior field supervisor named Scott Ornelas that we were in good hands. Very professional and will definitely use them on future projects at our home.

Andrew was polite when he arrived and explained the remodeling process. He showed us the different BCI acrylic options and answered our questions. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a bad impression. Throughout the presentation, he repeatedly emphasized how “pricey” and “expensive” everything was before we had even made a decision. Instead of feeling like we were being helped find the right solution, it felt like the focus was on preparing us for a very high price. After he gave us the quote, he stepped outside to give us a few minutes to talk. When he came back in, he said he could “read the room” and already knew we weren’t going to move forward. That comment came across as dismissive and rubbed me the wrong way. It made me feel like he had already judged us based on our reaction, rather than taking the time to understand our concerns or discuss other options. We weren’t saying no because we didn’t value qualitywe simply felt the price for one bathroom was more than we were comfortable spending. Instead of trying to work with us, the conversation ended there. Professionalism is about making customers feel respected regardless of whether they decide to buy. Unfortunately, I left feeling judged rather than helped.
