I recently had my bath tub replaced with a walkin shower from Zintex. The experience was great throughout. The Project Manager Rebecca contacted me throughout the process from the time the contract was signed through completion. Very positive experience. The installer Ryan was superb throughout the process...he told me what he was going to do, he did what he said he was going to do, and walked me through what he did. He kept me informed throughout the process and sought my input at different parts of the installation. Very hard worker. Good communicator. Very friendly. Quality of the work outstanding. Definitely recommend Zintex (Rebecca, Ryan) for your bathroom upgrade.

We had a great experience with Zintex Remodeling, and Dillon did a fantastic job with the install. We got exactly what we wanted with a tub to walk-in shower conversion. Zintex had the best selection of products, great communication and had pretty quick turnaround time for the installation. Dillon and his team were polite, professional and efficient with the install. The new shower is beautiful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend and use again. Much appreciated.

We had our shower replaced by Zintex Remodeling Group back in late October and originally left a great review because the work was outstanding. I wanted to come back and share another update based on our continued experience with them. Since the installation, we’ve had a couple of minor concerns come up and each time we reached out, their team responded quickly and professionally. On a previous visit, they made a repair and you truly cannot tell where any work was done—it looks completely seamless. Most recently, we noticed something in a different corner and contacted them this past week. Once again, they came out almost immediately, thoroughly checked everything, and took the time to make sure it was addressed the right way. We’ve felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. I really want to recognize Seth and Travis for their work on-site—they were professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. Also, a big thank you to Josh, for making sure everything is handled and that we are supported every step of the way. It’s one thing to do a great installation, but it says a lot about a company when they stand by their work and continue to show up for their customers. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to customer care—I can’t recommend them enough!

Very pleased with my new tub to shower bathroom. Isaiah the best respectfully Kept everything clean, on time and non stop worker. Steve and Michael were just as respectful and hard working. And Marella was so helpful on the phone. Loved the experience.

Justin did an awesome job changing our tub to a shower unit! He was very professional and knowledgeable on his skills and work! Only flaw I noticed was on the second day he was eighteen minutes late, and the third day he was eight minutes late also. He overall is an exceptional worker!
