Emily and Carlos Moreno made this a very very easy and fast install. Carlos called to let us know what time he would be there and was on time both days. He work taking out the old shower and installing our new shower with seat and safety grab bars and the noise was so low that we didn't even know he was working. He kept everything nice clean and no dust or anything left behind. Emily our project cornnator kept in touch we us from day one all way today 2 and even called on day 3 to see how we liked it and if was satisfied with our new shower. Great job guys I highly recommend Zintex if you are needing a shower or just want to up grade.

I was in need of redoing my shower in the master bathroom due to cracking in the cookie cutter shower stall. Zintex was highly recommended on google and in ol’ ChatGPT. Everyone that was involved had great communication and were very nice and helpful. The initial presentation was insightful, but a bit long. It was nice to see that people in my neighborhood and even the people next door used them to update their bathroom. But I feel like the “build out” process, where you pick what you want with the sales rep, is a bit outdated. During the presentation it shows that most people updating a shower/bath spent around $14-15k. But when we built out what we wanted, the price didn’t show until after everything was picked out, then the bill came to $23k… Yeah, that was a BIG no from me for such a small space. So I wasn’t very fond of the non-transparency there until after you picked out all the fancy things you may want. We went back in and found other ways to work around the price to still mostly get what we wanted. I’m a prior sales guy, so they definitely used just about every tactic to sell me and get the price a lot closer to what I was looking for, but even with all of that, I am really happy with the whole process. I was tactfully pushed and not rudely pushed. The lifetime warranty is amazing and them fixing anything that was previously water damaged for free was another huge selling point. Overall a 9.5/10 service and we are very happy with the shower install. Our team was Annabel, Cindy, Samantha, Chris and Phil. I loved every one of these people, they all did an incredible job and would recommend Zintex for your bathroom updates!

I was initially skeptical, but their sales rep, Josh, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Our home was built in 1959, so I was concerned that they might run into "this old house" problems. The installation was flawless and completed in the first day! Marco and Dominic were outstanding! They knew exactly what needed to be done to make the entire job seem effortless. They were both so professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing, let me watch while they worked, and were so eager to ensure my wife and I were happy with every stage of the install. They completely left our updated bathroom cleaner than it was before they got there! Emily made sure that everything about this project went smoothly and we are very grateful for her oversight! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the final product and the professionalism of this entire team. We would highly recommend Zintex to anyone!

I LOVE IT!!! We have wanted to do this for safety reasons for over 5yrs.. then came Zintex Remodeling...The entire experience was awesome from Jason w/Sales to Chris installing my dream look... No more tub or swinging the leg to get in it. Thank You All So Much! So glad we found each other!! The Brooks household.

The whole process was easy and honestly very quick from start to finish. Annabel was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the company and the products and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. Our project manager, Latonya, had excellent communication with us the entire process. Our installer, Chris, did a fantastic job creating our new shower and left the bathroom spotless afterwards! My husband and I would highly recommend Zintex to anyone!!!
