I'm not only a Virgo, but an engineer - so pretty detail oriented and got 6 quotes for the bathroom and kitchen upgrades I wanted. Chose Experts Remodel and would do so again. First, they started within a week, showed up every day, were flexible and accommodating with every request, ordered all cabinets and accessories , clear on what I was responsible for ordering and were very professional (and pleasantly friendly) throughout. They are finished BEFORE some of their competition would have begun. I am pleased and love both rooms. Quality product, creative builders and good people.

We’ve had numerous contractors complete various projects to our older DC townhome over the last decade and the work performed by Experts Remodel was the highest quality we’ve experienced to date. The manager and workers were always exactly on time to every appointment and excellent comms were maintained over the weeklong project. I appreciated the design ideas presented by the manager and they installed a nice workaround using shelving when a brick wall prevented installation of a shower niche. The best part for me was the upfront pricing with no surprises as the project progressed. Overall, it just a great experience and we now plan to hire them again for a kitchen remodel.

I recently had water damage repairs done in my townhouse by Experts Remodel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They replaced all my damaged hardwood flooring, repaired drywall, painted, and did a thorough cleanup. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What made this experience especially delightful was working with their project manager, Eli Eisenberg. Eli was incredibly easy to communicate with and kept me informed every step of the way. His professionalism and consistent updates made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Experts Remodel for any home repair needs. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service—especially Eli’s management—made a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience.

We had Experts Remodel redo a shower for us. It was leaking, and the previous owner of the home had done a cosmetic repair job. Experts Remodel were not the cheapest option, but they were the best. Eli E. came to our house and walked us through exactly what needed to be done - which corresponded with what we thought we needed to do. He also gave us some good advice: we wanted the. to do a slightly larger piece of work, and he said that it would be a waste since we’d have to rip it all out when we do an even larger renovation we have planned. I appreciate that very much - it’s the sort of honesty that gets you repeat business. As for the work itself, it couldn’t have been easier. The crew from Experts Remodel were polite, friendly, efficient and clean. The house was spotless when they left. The shower itself looks stunning (see the before and after photos). We highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them in the future, and will specifically request Eli as our project manager.
