I can’t tell you how happy we are with our shower. Safe showers was easy to work with and if you did have a problem they were on the spot to fix it. We had a custom shower that takes a little more expertise and their crew was perfect for the job. Thank you thank you for our lovely shower. We give them an A+. The first picture is the “Before” and the rest of pictures are “After”.

Great job! Super happy with the results. They were very easy to work with and accommodating. We love the installers and our sales person Dustin! I am going to add a decorative vinyl film to our window to add more color.

Carlos’ team was nothing short of amazing. These young men are professionals in every sense of the word—highly skilled, respectful, and a true pleasure to have in my home. They arrived and left exactly when they said they would, and they kept the house immaculately clean throughout the project. At the end of each workday, their tools and materials were neatly organized and completely out of the way. What really stood out, beyond the craftsmanship, was their character. I bought them pizza on day two, and they went out of their way to share one of their Coca-Colas with me. It was a small gesture, but it said a lot: they’re thoughtful, grateful, and genuinely kind. And Carlos is the real deal. He leads like someone who knows what he’s doing and doesn’t need to prove it—he gives credit to his team, listens as well as he speaks, and his workmanship shows deep pride in the craft. Huge thanks to Carlos, his team, his wife, and everyone at BathWise who helped make the shower of my dreams a reality. I would gladly have them back for any future project and recommend them without hesitation.

Everyone we dealt with was nice. Luis the installer was awesome. Our salesperson Dustin was nice as well and Leyla at home office was professional. However, the communication was terrible. Upon signing we were told that the installation would occur in 4-6 weeks. It took over 12 weeks to get the initial installation complete. Then we expressed help in expediting the change order prior to out of town visitors and again were left waiting and missed our desired timeline. I asked several times to speak to a manager and did not receive a call for weeks. Product seemed a bit overpriced in my opinion and be prepared to be the one making the calls/texts/emails to check on progress and timelines. Floor started out a little slippery but has gotten better as it’s being broken in. Mainly unhappy about false timelines being presented which is why we chose the company. Pricing was higher than we wanted to pay and change orders were nickel and dimed to death. Asked for a price break with the delays but was told I’d receive a gift card once completed. Job is done and wait for it, no one has called to give us a gift card.
