The sales representative, Jessie was very informative and polite, explaining every step clearly. The installation technician, Colton arrived on time, worked with great efficiency, and treated my home with respect by keeping the work area clean. Our stand-up shower was cracked and outdated. #1 -Bathfitters was super competitive on their pricing. The installer Colton came out and worked most of the day non-stop, completely tearing out the old and installed all new, including fixtures, shelving, glass doors, and new plumbing valves. Once he was finished and ready for me to sign, it was like he was never here. I commend his professionalism and cleanliness on the job site. Thank you for a convenient, and seamless experience.

Caleb & Colton renovated my existing master bathroom shower/tub combo into a brand new shower with glass doors. They did a great job. 1 day demo and install. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very professional. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
