“They helped me twice, and were excellent. I liked that they are extremely professional. They might have a little bit of a lead time before they start on your job, as they order material—but once they start on the job, they get it done, and it is just beautiful work. I couldn't ask for anything better. They did remodeling inside my home for the kitchen, floors, paint—everything. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“It is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made to call them in the middle of the night. They responded at three o'clock in the morning to a flood in our house, and they were here within an hour-and-a-half. They just were amazing; I would grade the overall experience with an A+. They were just unbelievable. They came back and did more work later afterward—they got it cleared out and dried up.”

“It was very good. They worked very closely with us, and they helped us to put together the plan and execute it. They were great. As we went along, the changes that needed to be done were done, and there was no problem. They totally redid the master bathroom for us; we expanded it. They also found some plumbing problems underneath the house, and took care of that. I would grade the overall experience with an A—very good quality. We had an on-site contractor, and he was here almost every day. Whenever something wasn't done to the standards that he felt needed to be done, they were corrected, and there was no problem. There was never a major problem at all. So, it was wonderful. The biggest problem was getting the city to show up for the permits. They never told you when they were going to show up, and if you weren't there then you were going to be fined. But they took care of that also. Punctuality—we always knew who was coming and if there were any questions we could always call the contractor, and he would check and let us know. No problem. Cleanliness—they were always cleaning up right after they finished, even though they knew someone was going to come up the next day and dirty it up for them—but by the end of the day, they cleaned it up. I recommended them to our church because they are looking at redesigning some of the space usage, and I know that when they contacted them, they came out, looked at things, and gave a bid. I have no problem recommending them at all.”

“It was positive because of the professionalism, scheduling, quality of the materials—I chose them, but they delivered. They did a remodel for me, and I would grade the overall experience with an A+. They were definitely awesome all the way around.”

“It was positive because the quality of the work they did was excellent. The crew that they had in here was very respectful. They cleaned up every day. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they did it on time; so, very positive. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. Very good experience.”

“They were great. We had our kitchen renovated. Tony was great. Tony was the head contractor, and he did a great job. I liked that they pretty much tried to stay neat while they were working, even though they had to do some demolition and the backsplash. Also, the painters covered up, and made sure that they ventilated the room because some of the stuff required it. They remodeled my kitchen over a year ago, and I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“It was positive because they were really prompt, flexible, and just easy to work with. They re-textured our ceilings, replaced our gutters, and removed the old backsplash in our kitchen, and other things. The work is all great. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked their work, their salesman, and the quality of work that they do. They did exterior and interior painting for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“It was positive because they did a good job, and they did it in a good and timely manner, and they were easy to work with. They remodeled a downstairs study, made it into a bedroom, and they made a half-bath into a full bath for me. They had to change part of a laundry room because I had to have a shower. It took them right around six weeks to complete the work. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“It was positive because they did what they said, and the results were good. They did a bathroom remodel for me. I would rate the overall experience with an A+.”

“It was positive because they worked well with us, kept everything nice and clean, and pretty much stayed on track. They did two bathroom updates, flooring down our hall, and carpet in the bedrooms for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“It was very good. I am very happy with the timing, with the quality of work they did—everything. They remodeled my bathroom, and they built a new closet for me. Everything is working well. I would grade the overall experience with an A+, and I have already recommended them to somebody else.”

“They replaced my kitchen counters with granite, and they replaced the sink. I would rate the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked their service. They had a family atmosphere, and teams seemed to get along well. I saw the plumbing team come in, woodwork come in, and you could just see their interaction. Some situations I've seen, well—either they don't know each other, or there was some type of fiction—but you could tell these guys got along well. They did remodeling for me, and I would rate the overall experience with an A+.”

“Everything worked out good. They completely remodeled a master bedroom, bath, and closet. I liked that they were prompt, on time, and did what they said they would do; I had no problems with them. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked the quality of the work. This last time, they put granite in my kitchen, a new sink, a new oven, and a new dishwasher. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. As for customer service, my project manager was Miguel; he was very good.”

“My experience with them was positive.”

“I liked their attention to detail, and the fact that they were very up front about everything. They did a little remodeling, but mostly repairs. They also did exterior painting for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A; they were very good.”

“It was positive.”

“It was positive due to the very good customer service folks. They did very general stuff—the back porch, some internal stuff; basically, small remodeling. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they are professional. I've been happy with them, and I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they did a good quality work. There were very few delays; they showed up every morning that they were going to. They were very helpful in helping me pick the design and colors—the person at the showroom was very helpful. They were very good at explaining everything they were going to do, and there were really no surprises. They remodeled our kitchen, and refinished our cabinets. They also put quartz countertops in, they redid our floor, they took the wallpaper out, and they painted and textured the walls. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I have recommended them to other people.”

“I liked that they got everything done in the requested time, and did a good job. They painted the cabinets in my kitchen. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they were very accommodating and friendly, and they answered our questions. It all worked out good in the end; they remodeled our master bath—total transformation. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked their efficiency; they came in, and got the job done. They did general remodeling work for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“It was a positive experience because they were prompt. They came back one more time, and they were good. They did one side of the house, they did the bathroom, and they cut two of the bedrooms—floored and painted. I am very happy with them, and I would use them next time too. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“It was a pretty good experience. I liked that they did a pretty good job; they were thorough; they walked through everything; personable, so, it worked for me. They finished the job. They did some work around the house. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I had no issues with them.”

“It was positive because of the attention to detail. Having the project manager versus—we had done our bathroom with another company. He subcontracted also, but there was no liaison. Todd, I felt like he was a good fit for us. He was the liaison, and having a good project manager was a good fit for us. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“Overall, we were very happy with what they did.”

“They did some remodeling for us at some rental property of ours. They were on time, every time they came out to look at it. We made changes several times, and he was always really good about being there and keeping us informed when we had to order parts and calling us to get us on the schedule. We had a very positive experience. They did trim work around some windows, quite a bit of work around the front door, and installed a new door and new hardware. It was quite a bit of work. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“It was a while ago; I liked that Jason Brown, who was the project manager, was excellent. The work was done very high quality, and it was done not only within a time budget, but within the budget we set. The pricing was moderate, but it was worth it to get it done right. They did some remodeling and some plumbing for us. They replaced three toilets for us, and they added a barn door, framed that out, general remodeling. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I have recommended them.”

“It's been quite a while. I liked that they did the work on time, and finished it fairly quickly. I would grade the overall experience with an A. The customer service—they were very professional.”

“They were a good company. They did me right, didn't overcharge me, and they followed up. So, I guess I'm pretty satisfied with them, and I also liked that they were courteous and respectful to the property. They worked inside and out, but they were really respectful of all your stuff—you didn't worry about leaving to go to work, and you knew you had your stuff when you got home. They are an honest company. They subcontracted drywall for me; I had to have my foundation repaired and they got me somebody to do that. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I had a lovely time. They put in a new bathroom for me. I like my new bathroom. They did a good job, so I was real pleased. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I got their name from Best Pick Reports. It was positive because of the quality of the work, the quality of the crew they have there. They did a master bath for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A-.”

“My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we decided to take on the daunting task of remodeling our master bathroom and closet. John and team from DFW Improved made this process amazingly less daunting and helped us each step of the way. I am absolutely in love with the final project and would highly recommend DFW Improved to anyone—A+.”

“They are amazing. They were always professional and did wonderful work. The designer was great, and my project manager was so helpful. I will definitely recommend them.”

“The staff did an excellent job of arranging the work we wanted done and accommodated every twist and turn along the way. The project manager kept us well informed and answered any questions we had in a prompt manner. It was a good overall experience—A.”

“They did a great job. There was a small problem after the roof was installed, but they came and corrected the issue without a problem.”

“Everyone was very kind. They listen and explain things with care. They care what we needed and made sure we were pleased. Overall, I would approach them again to do any future upgrade or remodeling. I could not have asked for a better first time experience ever.”

“DFW Improved seems to emphasize communication with customers. When you know what is going on, everything goes smoother, even the inevitable things that don't go as planned. We were kept advised along the entire process, and our concerns were heard and addressed quickly. An oversight that I saw 3 months later was addressed the same day I called my project manager. We will not hesitate to use DFW Improved again, and have already recommended them to at least 2 other friends. This was the 3rd time we have used them, and by far the largest project.”

“DFW Improved were very professional with our bathroom remodeling job. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up afterward and had very good communications with us during the process. They had a great selection of products and we even got to choose our own slab for the counters. Many builders just have you pick from a small sample, and the slab can be very different than what you were shown. We have used remodeling companies before in other cities and DFW Improved did a great job on our bathroom.”

“Extremely responsive and attentive to this old house's drastic need of repair. The contractors were very respectful, accommodating and professional - and we loved that they showed up when they said they would.”

“DFW Improved has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Our project was more than your average remodel. From making the new constructions look as if it had always been there to the remodel of the kitchen and baths we have been 100 percent satisfied with DFW Improved. I would highly recommend them for your job big or small. From the drawings to the designers to the actual construction, they will get it done and it will be right.”

“I was extremely pleased with DFW starting with the bidding process through the final acceptance of completed job. Specifically, I would recognize both Juan, who was involved with defining the scope, working with the insurance adjuster and bidding the job, and Tony, the project manager who I felt was absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. Every issue and concern that I raised Tony worked to my satisfaction. Overall, I was very pleased with all suppliers associated with DFW.”

“I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience with DFW Improved. Everything from the first 'get to know you' phone call and visit to the completion of the work was far above and beyond what you would expect. Everyone is pleasant work with, dependable and highly knowledgeable in their fields. The crews that worked at my house were always respectful and cleaned up daily.”

“Twice DFW has pulled me out of a fire. Excellent professional advice and expertise in their field. I recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“DFW Improved had remodeled two of our homes. The latest remodel was a first floor gut and redesign, media room, and much more. We are so pleased with the work completed and would recommend to them to all. They definitely think out of the box.”

“The entire project was well managed. The sales process was handled very professionally by the sales rep and the designer was extremely helpful in the selection of all of the materials required for the projects. All the workers were extremely polite and performed outstanding quality work. The project manager was in constant communication with us both on-site and via phone to insure our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend DFW Improved and will certainly use them again for any additional home improvement projects.”

“DFW Improved made the remodeling process as easy as possible - they consistently showed up as scheduled and on time and provided the highest quality work. Regular meetings with the project manager, a plus. Very reputable and easy to work with. I will probably use them for future projects.”

“Outstanding contractor. They did a great job navigating insurance for our water damage. They were wonderful to work with in every way they know. We love our beautiful new floors.”

“The DFW quality of showers is excellent. The job was scheduled but some parts wasn't the right one when arrived but DFW right away fixed the issue and order the part and rescheduled the installation. My shower is beautiful and of a very good quality.”

“I was very pleased with the customer service and work provided by DFW Improved. Not only did I inspect the work, but the project manager as well, and if anything was not done to both our standards it was immediately corrected. Final results were excellent. Our project manager was available at all times, workers were friendly, and clean up occurred at the end of every day. We couldn't be more pleased.”

“DFW Improved did a fantastic job for us. We wanted to have better access to our patio area, so we had them replace windows with a set of sliders. The job looks great. When they completed the work you could not tell where the old and new bricks met. They did a great job matching the mortar and workmanship is outstanding. The pool bath is equally as good. The workmanship from all of the trades is first class. Again, they did a great job of matching the brick and mortar and the addition looks like it was part of the original construction. We are very happy with the entire process from the initial sales meeting to the final walk through. They were on time, kept the work area tidy and finished the job as stated in the original contract. We would definitely recommend them to friends.”

“They're very fast, efficient, and very friendly. If I ever needed anything, I got through to somebody right away. They replaced all of our carpet downstairs, and they also replaced one of the side panels and the interior bottom panel of our kitchen cabinet. They're an A+.”

“They're doing work for me now. Their follow-up is really good. The project managers are on top of everything. They keep you involved every step of the way, and that's why I went back to them. They did some remodeling for me a year ago, but not as much as they are doing now. It's a shell, and we are rebuilding basically inside the shell. They're very good. They're always calling and saying they're doing this or that on this stage, and they follow up. They're always in your ear giving you updates and stuff like that. The service while they're doing the job is what I like. I heard about DFW Improved from a designer that I am using for this complete remodel. He had used them before on a job and said that they were very good, their communication was fabulous, and that he really liked dealing with them, so that is how I got involved with them. I want to give them an A.”

“They did a redo of my master bath. They did the floors, countertops, tiles, glass, and paint—pretty much a whole redo. What I liked about them the most is that they made it convenient for scheduling, and I really liked the contact that they used. They were very professional. They took care of my home—they covered everything they could, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were highly, highly professional, and that's probably what would always make me use them again. I'd give them an A.”

“DFW Improved put in a new shower. They did the plumbing stuff, and they also retiled. They kept me informed of what was going on and what they would be doing each day. They get an A grade from me.”

“They showed up on time, did a great job with the product, and listened to all my concerns. They were very engaged in getting the work done and completing it. We had a loft, and they filled it in and added a pocket door to essentially enclose it. I'd give them an A+.”

“They screened in a back patio for me. They were there when they said they were going to be there, and they did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. They're A+. We had some issues, but they took care of it.”

“They did the job that they said they were going to do and charged me the price that they said they were going to charge me, so everything was good. They fixed some drywall and changed out an exterior door. I'd say they get an A+.”

“They were great. They were on time and very responsive, and they gave me exactly what I was looking for. They were remodeling a balcony area on the outside of the house. I talked to a couple of other companies, but there wasn't the kind of rapport that I had with Gary Simms. That made DFW Improved stand out a little bit more. I'd rate them as an A+.”

“We had some remodeling done on our house and some work done in our kitchen. They're very straightforward and very easy, and they followed up really well. They had a lot of great ideas for what they wanted to do. They did what they said they were going to do, and it cost what they said it was going to cost. It was, all around, a very good experience. The workmanship was great, and they were clean and tidy. They get an A+.”

“DFW Improved did a master bathroom remodel. They were responsive. They did the work they said they were going to do, and they did it well. I'd give them an A+.”

“They did some stonework for us, and they did a good job. They were responsive. We used them because they had done other remodeling jobs for us. I heard about them from one of those Best Pick Reports books that we get. They get an A grade from us.”

“They sanded and stained our floors after another company kind of messed them up. They made them look really nice. They got it done very quickly. We were about to move in, and they got it done in less than a week, which was really nice. I'd give them an A.”

“They redid our bathroom, and they did a great job. They basically gutted it and redid it. They did a great job with the shower, the floor, and the painting of the walls and everything. They're an A-grade company.”

“They redid our kitchen. From the initial meeting until all the way to the end, they did everything they said they were going to do and went above and beyond. We found them through one of those Best Pick Reports books. We were kind of picky about certain little things, and they just kept coming back to any issue we had. They would come back and fix it. If there was a tiny paint splatter somewhere, they would come back out and fix it. I would rate them as an A.”

“They were very professional in listening to what we were interested in doing and proposing the work back to us. They were very flexible with the different options. They were able to quote the job in components, so we could pick and choose like a menu, as opposed to it being all one way and them having to do a change if you don't want it all. That was very appealing to us. The work was done as promised and in a timely manner. They did some renovation of a patio area for us, and they also did some bathroom repairs for us. It was some minor plumbing work in the master bathroom shower. We had some problems with the tile sealing up, and they were able to help us get that corrected. I chose them because of the professionalism with which they approached the job. They came out as promised. There was face-to-face interaction with someone who stayed involved with the project, and it was just something that was a great feeling for us. They absolutely get an A.”

“They replaced the tile in our bathroom shower and did a really good job with that. They were prompt and on time. They were recommended to me by a tile worker because there was more work to be done in my shower than they could do. DFW Improved earned an A grade.”

“The last project they did was a bathroom remodel. They were very organized and very trustworthy, and they came when they said they'd come. It was very good, and we trusted them in our home. They had a good project management system. The customer service was good, and the whole process was very clearly laid out. I heard about them from the Best Pick Reports. We picked several names, interviewed three, and went with them. We've hired DFW Improved more than once. I'd go with an A rating for them.”

“They did the bathroom renovation. They were very responsive. We ran into a couple of small problems, but they were very proactive in telling us what was going on and recommending fixes. They have good customer service. A neighbor had used them, and we went with that recommendation. I'd give them an A.”

“We basically gutted the entire first floor of our house, so it was a kitchen remodel, a master bath remodel, and new flooring on the entire first floor. The job was from October to February. I chose them because of their ability to begin rather quickly and the examples of their work. They get an A grade from me.”

“Their project manager was very helpful, very involved, and very detail oriented. They did a master bathroom remodel. We got a few bids, and we were just comfortable with them. They get an A.”

“My experience with them was very good. I liked everything. I had my kitchen remodeled. They showed up on time, cleaned up well afterward, and did it in a timely manner. They were respectful of my home. They were excellent, they were competent, and they addressed any questions and concerns. They were A+.”

“DFW is the best that we've used so far. They put in a shower. The workers knew what they were doing. They did it quickly—they worked for four or five days, and that was it. I would use them again, and I'd recommend them to someone else. They deserve an A.”

“They remodeled our kitchen. I appreciated the work, and I appreciated that he did a really good job managing some of the ongoing work—keeping stuff going on time and doing things that needed to be done. The cleanup was excellent. I would give them an A.”

“It was a positive experience with DFW. Their customer service was great, and it was easy to schedule. They did some remodeling in the bath and sunroom. It was the first time I used them. “They did a real good job. They did some work last winter, and that was the first time we used them. I liked their knowledge. The workers explained to me what went wrong during my last remodel with another company and explained what needed to be done for the new remodel we had done. I had a shower leak that flooded my closet, so they had to redo my carpet, closet, and drywall; take the old shower out; and put all the new stuff back in. I had them take down my wallpaper, retexture the walls, hang some lights for me, and paint. That work was completed on schedule. They didn't have to come back out and touch up anything. I would give them an A+.”

“Everything from the beginning to the end was great. They did a patio extension for me, and it turned out looking great and exactly like what I wanted. They did a good job on the consultation. I wasn't home over the weeks they did the work—it just happened. Everything was great about it—they're A+.”

“They redid my floor and finished in a timely manner. The quality of the work was great. There was nothing they could have done better. I would give them an A+. It was just great.”

“DFW Improved did a bathroom remodel for me. We went to the showroom to see samples, and the finished product turned out to be what I expected. The cleanup was great, too. I would give them an A rating.”

“DFW Improved did some bathroom remodeling. They did good work—they are still working on the bathroom, actually, and the workers seem pretty good and competent so far.”

“They did everything, and they did everything well. They remodeled the bathroom and did all the cleaning. It was my first time using them. I saw them in Best Pick Reports; they were the only ones that came out to check on the problem, and I liked their manager. I'd probably grade them an A.”

“They were always professional with their responses. Whenever I had any questions or issues, they listened and tried to fix the issues that I had. They remodeled our master bedroom and our bathroom, and they put in a new shower, a new toilet, a new sink—everything.”

“They communicated well and were able to be flexible. I wasn't there, so we had to do it all over the phone, but I was kept informed, and they stayed on time for me. They did several things—they coordinated getting tiles fixed in the bathroom, they did doors that needed to be fixed, and they did moldings on the ceiling. I would recommend them. An A is a great rating for them.”

“The workers definitely did exactly what they were supposed to do. It was nice; everything worked out great. They put a new ceiling in a kitchen that I was remodeling. That was the first time I used them, and I would use them again. I'd give them an A.”

“DFW had a manager on site who would come the day before and ask what the other contractors would be doing so that their work wouldn't clash together. I think they're very good in that sense. They're very, very organized. We had kitchen remodeling done. They did a couple of electrical jobs, they removed a refrigerator, they built the chimney, they made a sort of sitting bench on the side, and they finished and restained the cabinets—they did a lot of things. I'd give them an A.”

“It was a very positive experience. The progress was good from start to finish. I was always checking in on the progress—everything was always available via phone or email so we could talk about the processes or about the remodel. They remodeled our master bath and our front bath, and they did new tile work in our kitchen area. It was the first time I used them, and I'd use them again. They were very professional and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I'd rate them an A.”

“DFW did a great job. They were able to do multiple projects for me in the time frame I needed them taken care of. I had a guest bathroom remodeled, a wall built with French doors leading to a study, and some touch-ups with paint. It was the first time I used them, and I would use them again. They were respectful to my home and cleaned up well. I would give them an A, and I'd recommend them.”

“They had a lot of good design ideas, many of which I incorporated, and they were very willing to listen to feedback. If there was anything I was at all displeased with, they fixed it immediately. There was no pushback at all. The quality of work was very good. The customer service was great. The technicians themselves were very friendly, and they were pretty easy to work with. I would use them again. I'd give them an A.”

It was the first time I'd used them, and if I needed any more remodeling, I'd use them again. I recommend them—I would give them an A. I'd definitely say that they are one of the people it would be good to call and get an estimate from.”
