They might have a little bit of a lead time before they start on your job, as they order material—but once they start on the job, they get it done, and it is just beautiful work. “It is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made to call them in the middle of the night. They responded at three o'clock in the morning to a flood in our house, and they were here within an hour-and-a-half. They just were amazing; I would grade the overall experience with an A+. “It was very good. They worked very closely with us, and they helped us to put together the plan and execute it. They were great. As we went along, the changes that needed to be done were done, and there was no problem. They totally redid the master bathroom for us; we expanded it. They also found some plumbing problems underneath the house, and took care of that. I would grade the overall experience with an A—very good quality. We had an on-site contractor, and he was here almost every day. Whenever something wasn't done to the standards that he felt needed to be done, they were corrected, and there was no problem. There was never a major problem at all. So, it was wonderful. The biggest problem was getting the city to show up for the permits. They never told you when they were going to show up, and if you weren't there then you were going to be fined. But they took care of that also. Punctuality—we always knew who was coming and if there were any questions we could always call the contractor, and he would check and let us know. No problem. Cleanliness—they were always cleaning up right after they finished, even though they knew someone was going to come up the next day and dirty it up for them—but by the end of the day, they cleaned it up. I recommended them to our church because they are looking at redesigning some of the space usage, and I know that when they contacted them, they came out, looked at things, and gave a bid. I have no problem recommending them at all.”

The work was done very high quality, and it was done not only within a time budget, but within the budget we set. The pricing was moderate, but it was worth it to get it done right. They did some remodeling and some plumbing for us. They replaced three toilets for us, and they added a barn door, framed that out, general remodeling. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I have recommended them.”

“They're doing work for me now. Their follow-up is really good. The project managers are on top of everything. They keep you involved every step of the way, and that's why I went back to them. They did some remodeling for me a year ago, but not as much as they are doing now. It's a shell, and we are rebuilding basically inside the shell. They're very good. They're always calling and saying they're doing this or that on this stage, and they follow up. They're always in your ear giving you updates and stuff like that. The service while they're doing the job is what I like. I heard about DFW Improved from a designer that I am using for this complete remodel. He had used them before on a job and said that they were very good, their communication was fabulous, and that he really liked dealing with them, so that is how I got involved with them. I want to give them an A.”

“They did a redo of my master bath. They did the floors, countertops, tiles, glass, and paint—pretty much a whole redo. What I liked about them the most is that they made it convenient for scheduling, and I really liked the contact that they used. They were very professional. I had them take down my wallpaper, retexture the walls, hang some lights for me, and paint. That work was completed on schedule. They didn't have to come back out and touch up anything.
