They came and said they'd fixed it, but it was not fixed, and not only that but they knocked loose one of the roller things on the bottom of it so the bottom tray would not go back in. I called them to come back and fix the tray and the dishwasher and they said they would call me back but didn't. I called them again and again they said they would call me back and they didn't. I had to get the maker, the Boss people, to come and do it. I was quite unhappy because they charged me $140 and not only was the dishwasher not fixed but they made it so the tray wouldn't even go in the bottom. I chose them because I saw them in that Best Picks booklet. I used them the first time and the first time it worked out OK but the second time it didn't.”

I wanted to use the first company that Best Pick Reports recommended, but they told me that they did not repair LG appliances, and I had an LG dryer. So I had to go to the second company. I thought it was a little expensive. And then he told me that we would need to get somebody else to clean out the dryer. But he did the repair, which wasn't exactly cheap. But he was able to come pretty quickly, do the repair, he was competent, he got it done. It wasn't exorbitant but it wasn't cheap either. I would say a B best suits them.”
