These gentlemen were professional from the first contact throughout the repair. There was an estimate within minutes, detailed & specific. They were upfront that the repair would be bet done in the shop with supervisor assistance and they provided that ultimate repair within 24 hours. I don’t want everyone to expect this kind of service because I was blown away & I have high expectations but I would 100% recommend this company for repair. Am grateful they were recommended and stand behind my recommendation. Thank you Emil & crew. We are thankful for you

Waking up to a warm 58 degree fridge is never fun. But at 7:30 on a Saturday, what’s your first thought? Who is going to come out here and fix it on a Saturday and how much is that going to cost?!? I called UltraFix and a kind lady answered the phone! She took my information and said a technician would be out today between 9 and 12 if that works for me?! Of course I said yes. Almaz arrived at 8:55 am!!! He promptly started dismantling the freezer and showed me the whole mother board was frozen over. He attempted to look for the motherboard part online, but because my Jenn-Air refrigerator is 21 years old, they do not make the part anymore. He did say that he could take the motherboard with him and use parts to fix it at his shop. One week later, he was back and fixed the refrigerator within 20 minutes! The repair was less than $400! Customer service like this is rare these days. Kind, prompt, professional, and reliable! I will never use any other company but UltraFix!!! A true gem! I am 100% satisfied with this job and I highly recommend this company. Lastly, he said it’s much better to fix an old fridge than buy a new one, because new ones don’t last more than five years or so…. Don’t hesitate to give this company a call! If I could give more than five stars I would! Update- the part didn’t take and we need a whole new fridge. We got a portion of our fees refunded… still received awesome service.

Rashad arrived on time, and got right to work. Discovered the problem in about 10 minutes. We order the part, took one day to get here. Rashad came right back over and installed the part. The best experience we have ever had when dealing with an appliance repair. We will use UltraFix again for sure. Rashad was great.

Almaz and the team at UltraFix did a great job getting our washing machine up and running again. From initial call to completion of the work was fast! Diagnosis was prompt with a clear estimate of the cost and work to be performed. Almaz texted us when he was on the way with an estimated arrival time-always appreciated! We’ll definitely recommend Almaz and UltraFix to family and friends.

We had a pleasure to meet Emil who came to fix our dryer. He is a highly experienced professional and simply a great person to deal with. He diagnosed the problem within a few seconds, ordered the needed part and came to install it in a day. All the work was done very accurately, precisely on time and efficiently. Great company with great people!
