Joe, a Senior Tech from Mr. Appliance Tampa, was fantastic! Booking the appointment was super easy through their website, and he arrived right on time. He provided a fast, precise diagnosis for our GE wall oven and had the necessary parts available in the warehouse to complete the fix. Having a 1-year warranty on the repair gives great peace of mind. Extremely professional service—highly recommend Joe and the team at Mr. Appliance!

Experienced tech was friendly and kept us informed on what he.was doing and why. The bill was around the verbal quote given. I can’t express how great the tech Christian was. I was kept informed thru text on the scheduled date of service and time of expected service. Also was provided a photo of the tech prior to his arrival. A great company to deal with.

Mr. Appliance was responsive and had a scheduled technician the very next day. The technician was very thorough making sure the obvious problem was only that! He ordered the part and was back the next work day to fix the problem.

The entire process was very smooth and efficient. Scheduling is easy communication was effective and entirely. Cristian was extremely helpful and helping us understand the problem with our dishwasher and also how to correct the problem on our own the next time and offered many effective cleaning and operational tips for us as well.

Saul did a great job identifying and repairing our garage refrigerator! He let me know when he was arriving, communicated during the service visit, and put everything back in place once completed. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance and specifically Saul!
