Experienced tech was friendly and kept us informed on what he.was doing and why. The bill was around the verbal quote given. I can’t express how great the tech Christian was. I was kept informed thru text on the scheduled date of service and time of expected service. Also was provided a photo of the tech prior to his arrival. A great company to deal with.

The entire process was very smooth and efficient. Scheduling is easy communication was effective and entirely. Cristian was extremely helpful and helping us understand the problem with our dishwasher and also how to correct the problem on our own the next time and offered many effective cleaning and operational tips for us as well.

Saul did a great job identifying and repairing our garage refrigerator! He let me know when he was arriving, communicated during the service visit, and put everything back in place once completed. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance and specifically Saul!

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. I was getting an error message on my refrigerator screen. Saul, their technician, came to my house four times until the problem was fully resolved. The pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Glad I found these folks. Had been using another service for quite some time, and Mr. Appliance is light years better. Our technician Damian was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Reasonable prices. Effective communication. Will use again if I need appliance reps.
