Experienced tech was friendly and kept us informed on what he.was doing and why. The bill was around the verbal quote given. I can’t express how great the tech Christian was. I was kept informed thru text on the scheduled date of service and time of expected service. Also was provided a photo of the tech prior to his arrival. A great company to deal with.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. I was getting an error message on my refrigerator screen. Saul, their technician, came to my house four times until the problem was fully resolved. The pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Glad I found these folks. Had been using another service for quite some time, and Mr. Appliance is light years better. Our technician Damian was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Reasonable prices. Effective communication. Will use again if I need appliance reps.

Mr. Appliance was responsive and had a scheduled technician the very next day. The technician was very thorough making sure the obvious problem was only that! He ordered the part and was back the next work day to fix the problem.
