Bob was within the early part of our 1 1/2 repair window. He called while he was on the way. He was polite, quick and cleaned up after unfreezing our drain line. He explained how to keep the line from freezing. Would use and recommend this repair company again.

A technician came out two weeks ago because the refrigerator had stopped cooling. He replaced the evaporator fan which had stopped working due to ice buildup. We were initially really happy with the service, even though we debated whether we should just replace the fridge (an 11-year-old Samsung). Eleven days later, the refrigerator started making the same grinding noise that preceded the earlier breakdown. I called to get someone to come out and was told I may have to pay another diagnostic fee because it's a different issue (grinding noise) rather than the initial reason we called (not cooling). I asked to speak with someone who could tell me over the phone if they believe it is the same issue but have not been able to get anyone beyond the intake person. Very frustrating considering we paid $600 for a repair that lasted less than two weeks.

Wow! We are here temporarily and the fridge went out. Our landlord (thank you David) hired Mr. Appliance to make the repair. Sean arrived right on time, confirmed our non-professional diagnosis, had the fan on his truck, and was done in about 30 minutes. Thorough, polite, clearly knowledgable, professional and I didn't have to take a thing out pf the fridge -- he handled it all. This kind of service is sadly disappearing -- I can't say enough good things. Thanks Sean and Mr. Appliance!
