Hi good afternoon I have no words what an Awsome job Renah appliance did for me today . I. Called in for service Thursday they arrived they said I need new compressor and Friday I get phone call they are ready to install it by Sunday . The service was excellent the guy came fix it . My refrigerator and freezer is functioning again So professional the guy that came did not take long to put in the new compressor . Thank you

Amazing company! Had an issue with my gas range they we’re very kind and right away scheduled an appointment. In the meantime, they were trying to help me over the phone figured out the problem, which they did right away free of charge!!

Do not use Renah repair for any warranty usage. Technician came, was very nice and explained everything and changed a part to make the water dispenser work. The ice maker worked fine and all the hoses were fine, but the hose in the door was potentially frozen. He said to give it a week to defrost the freezer see if it works and if it didn’t to call back to change the door. A week later, I called and was told no problem the door would be ordered and they would call me when it arrived. Called a week later and was told it was not ordered and unsure what happened. Was transferred to manager, no pickup and left a message. A week later I called again and spoke to Esther who said to call back in a couple of months because they are not changing any hoses in the winter months, which was not what was told to me before. When asked to speak to the manager who I had not spoken to before she claimed to be the manager, but I don’t believe that is true. If she was, she was not professional and does not deserve a customer service job let alone a manager role. She just wanted to get me off the phone and refused to look at the notes from the technician or even my previous calls and voicemails. Did not offer any solutions but to wait a couple of months (which the warranty will end by then). Now I am here with a broken fridge and a warranty that ends before they will even attempt to fix the problem. I will speak with the warranty company and see what can be done. Do not use them!!! They take the warranty money and do not fix the problem!!!!
