Do not use Renah repair for any warranty usage. Technician came, was very nice and explained everything and changed a part to make the water dispenser work. The ice maker worked fine and all the hoses were fine, but the hose in the door was potentially frozen. He said to give it a week to defrost the freezer see if it works and if it didn’t to call back to change the door. A week later, I called and was told no problem the door would be ordered and they would call me when it arrived. Called a week later and was told it was not ordered and unsure what happened. Was transferred to manager, no pickup and left a message. A week later I called again and spoke to Esther who said to call back in a couple of months because they are not changing any hoses in the winter months, which was not what was told to me before. When asked to speak to the manager who I had not spoken to before she claimed to be the manager, but I don’t believe that is true. If she was, she was not professional and does not deserve a customer service job let alone a manager role. She just wanted to get me off the phone and refused to look at the notes from the technician or even my previous calls and voicemails. Did not offer any solutions but to wait a couple of months (which the warranty will end by then). Now I am here with a broken fridge and a warranty that ends before they will even attempt to fix the problem. I will speak with the warranty company and see what can be done. Do not use them!!! They take the warranty money and do not fix the problem!!!!

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the team kept me informed every step of the way. The technician was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find such dependable service these days—highly recommended!

Don't know what happened to this place. Got great service in the past. This time around was THE WORST. Two service appointments made (one which had me waiting around all day 8-5p and another an afternoon) with no show/no call for both. I had to chase them down for days to schedule the second appointment and find out what's going on, only to be met with lies and absurd excuses from a dismissive, defensive, nasty rep, who threatened to cancel my claim with my insurance company after I asked to speak with her supervisor, whom she then claimed wasn't back in the office until the following week. Ultimately, a different, nicer rep called me, we made a third appointment, the tech showed up within the expected timeframe, and my appliance was repaired. This is how it should have been from the start and how it used to be. This place has gone WAY downhill. Do NOT contact them for your repair. However capable their techs might be, the company doesn't have it together with their scheduling, and at least one of their reps really shouldn't be customer-facing.
