"As I recall, I had some problems. I reached out to them, and it took several days for them to get back out to me. They fixed a dishwasher, and although the technician was a very nice young man, he didn't really have any of the parts in his truck. He had to order them, and it took quite a while. It was maybe out of his hands, but it took longer than I expected."
