Super easy same day appointment. The person to on the phone was very diligent, friendly and efficient. We had Mr Ruslan come out the same day to check out a dryer issue I had. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!! He was able to identify my dryer issue in less than 10 mins.

I found UltraFix on Google and I'm glad I went witg them. The staff was very kind and professional. They booked my appointment right away. Ruslan, our tech, was phenomenal! Very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Ran into a hiccup, but he knew exactly what the issue was, and he stayed and made sure everything was good before he left. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs, and most definitely recommend Ruslan as your tech. Best service we've received in years!

Almaz was great! Friendly and professional, quick and knowledgeable. He came the same day we called and got our refrigerator up and running very quickly and even managed to get a long time problem fixed for us for a fair addition to the quoted price. If we need appliance repair in the future, we will definitely be calling them again.

Ike has been very helpful with getting our dryer back up and running. He came quickly when I reached out, ordered the part that was needed, and installed it a few days later. We are very happy with his prompt response and appliance knowledge so that we can resume our daily living. Thank you Ike!
