Josh and Mike were very helpful, professional, and left us better than new. They come highly recommended by our family for at home repairs and service. We have a subzero refrigerator and ice machine that both required maintenance - issues were resolved immediately.

I would like to give Appliance Tech Pros a 3.5/5 stars and the technician, Kevin, 4/5 stars. Kevin was very communicative and arrived within the expected window. On top of that, he fixed our dryer. Sadly, that is high praise for a service technician. My only complaint is that I suggested he bring both parts that could be the issue. He only brought one and had to make a second trip out to fix it. Appliance Tech Pros as a company was also communicative and set reasonable expectations. That said, they offer a $20 discount for a favorable Google review. Now I'm side-eyeing all their positive reviews... Bottom line/TL;DR - would I hire them again? Maybe. Kevin was great. Discounts for good reviews not so great.

Kevin was the most responsive service provider we have had. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our Thermador oven, secured the required parts, and fixed it. Then he volunteered to repair our dishwasher and a leak in our refrigerator. All in all, a great experience. We highly recommend him.

Our washing machine pump went out and we called these guys up to have it fixed. It was very easy to get ahold of an actual person, and even easier to schedule the appointment. When Kevin came out to do diagnosis, he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. As for the repair, Kevin was very knowledgeable and showed me the internal workings of the machine, and what he was doing. Overall, this process was super painless & I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg for the repair. You’re paying for their knowledge and experience, regardless of how quick the repair is, and Kevin exhibited that tremendously. We’ll definitely use these guys again if we need an appliance repaired.

We had a fantastic experience with Noble BHS Appliance Company! Kim was incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. What really stood out was how he walked us step-by-step through replacing the filter ourselves so we’d feel confident doing it in the future. It’s not every day you find someone who combines expertise with patience and great customer service. He was punctual, respectful of our home, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely use Noble BHS Appliance Company again. Highly recommend!
