Main water line finally gave out in a 60 year old home, 6 feet from the public line so this was all on me as the homeowner. After seeing water slowly bubbling in the front yard, called Len the plumber and they sent over a technician next day. Sam Linzer came and diagnosed it quickly, discussed options, and he gave me a detailed quote with options based on unknowns that could be experienced. Already had a service plan with LTP and was able to work out an appointment 2 days later. They took care of ms utility, work crew, it was seamless. Quoted a single day repair and they got the job done. Water off at 8am back on at 6pm, minimal disruption to the family routine. Credit to Sam and the team, clear communications, proper experience, and thorough to complete the job AND clean up. Service contract helped discount the price, recommend you get one with LTP and have them keep all your service needs met.

Had a serious water back up late Saturday night 8.29. Long story very very very very short, this is now 9.2. All outside sewer lines needed replaced. First time dealing with LEN. They were on top of it very fast. They were fair, fast, professional, and shockingly honest. Overall pretty satisfied considering how much of a $**t situation this was (yes, a pun). Good thing is I just added coverage at the start of the year for just this so a lot was covered.

Our water heater finally stopped working, it had a long and good life (21 years!) i called Len the Plumber first thing in the morning and they were able to send Mark Thompson out later that day. They were accommodating to the late afternoon window of time I needed. Mark took a look at our old water heater and did concur it was time to replace it. It was certainly on borrowed time. Mark gave me quotes for both a 50 gallon and 75 gallon. They do not carry a 60 gallon, which is what I had. I home it was a bit of a sticker shock on the coat of a new water heater, we went with the larger one. Mark did ask if I wanted to join their membership ($16 per month, with a year long minimum) and said it would save me $2000 by doing so. While this did feel like an upscale and one that I felt pressured to accept, I’ll want to figure out how to use this service for the next year. It was unclear to me if they will service my HVAC system as well. Mark was there for about 4 hours, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up and took away the old one. Thanks LP for being very efficient and responsive.

It was by accident that I replaced a service request to have Len The Plumber come out. I was actually looking for another company but it was God ordained. From the initial visit to the completion of the job within 24 hours, Dustin was nothing but a professional! He explained everything to me and helped to ease the pain. I'm truly grateful to LTP and Dustin for a job well done! I am a customer for life!!!

We had a really great experience w Len the Plumber. It started with our service quote from John. We had other quotes but John appeared to be the most professional and the most knowledgeable, he really got into the detail of what was wrong with our system and what we would need to do to fix those issues. He gave us his number and said we could ask any questions and trust me we did. He would answer comprehensively each time even when it wasn’t always advantageous for him. After a few days and more quotes we decided to go with Lens for the full system replacement and we were happy with the price we got. Rebecca was very sweet, at the end of the day she’s their sales person but I did feel like she was telling us the good and the bad for the most part and her and Matt were able to get the price down so we felt like we were getting top of the line equipment for a fair price. All of the technicians were really sweet including with out dog, Momo and our cat Swoop. We felt comfortable having them in our home. Overall so far it was a great experience and we would recommend them.
