Our AC went out overnight and we called about 5am in the morning. We were able to get a tech out by 10am in the morning. CJ was our tech and he was phenomenal. Very communicative and easy to understand. He was detailed about our issues, how to repair would happen, and the options we had for the situation and future help to keep costs down on our ac usage. He also showed us photos of our situation and then photos afterwards when he was finished. Everything went smoothly and the repair restored our air quickly. Thank you CJ for your expertise and professionalism. The only thing cooler than you and your work ethic was our AC after you fixed it!

Ideal Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Eric, Jeremy, Ruben, and Rigo did an outstanding job insulating our attic and installing a new 5-ton Trane HVAC system on our roof. They even added a new vent to the hottest room in our house, which has made a noticeable difference. The entire project was completed in less than two days, and the price was very reasonable for the quality mid-tier Trane system we received. The crew was professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. I highly recommend Ideal Air Conditioning and will definitely be calling them again for any future air conditioning needs.

We’re very thankful for Ideal AC & Insulation today. It’s over 100 degrees in Phoenix and our AC stopped working mid‑day — absolutely miserable when you work from home. Matthew came out quickly, went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and had our unit running again in about an hour. He was polite, engaging, and showed us clear photos of everything he found. He walked me through the options, repeated things when I wanted my partner to weigh in, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Then he fixed it and showed us photos of the completed repair as well. Importantly, as a female homeowner, I really appreciate when repair professionals don’t talk down to me — and Matthew never did. He treated me like an informed decision‑maker, which matters. Total time from when we called Ideal when our AC was working again was just a bit over 2 hrs! Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. We will use them again!

Not only was he able to secure us an excellent discounted price on our new air conditioning system, but he also arranged for our installation to be completed on Monday. Knowing we would be facing an Arizona weekend without air conditioning, he went above and beyond by loaning us two portable AC units to keep us comfortable until the new system is installed. That level of customer service is rare these days. Brian’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Nixa was amazing. She had a really good sense of what the issue on my AC system was and was able to find a quick solution for me. The biggest and most valuable part of the experience with her is how detailed she was about making sure I got all the information.
