I had my ac go out in fall of 25. I contacted ace about getting it fixed and everything seemed great initially. They put a temporary “dog house” on my ac and told me it’d be a couple of weeks waiting on the permanent one. After 5 months of back and forth they finally came and put the permanent dog house on and tried to charge me for coming… 5 months late.. This company also offers a membership of sorts that gets you inspections on your house each year. I had the AC they installed inspected by someone who they sent to my house to inspect my electric because it seemed iffy to me. He told me it’s not passable and shouldn’t have been done and that it’s a fire hazard in May. It’s now July and they still will not schedule to come fix this and just keep blowing me off. They will 100% spam call you if they think you will spend money, but will not return any calls dealing with issues like these. Don’t recommend using them at all honestly.. Who inspects someone’s house and gets their own work inspected and labeled a FIRE HAZARD and allows it to go unchecked 3 months with a family in the house? Shady people that’s who. Pictured is the brand new ac they “spliced” the new wire of and connected to my 12 year old acs old wiring..

I just wanted to start off by saying what good this company does. Every time a technician came to one of my houses they were on time, friendly and knowledgeable about whatever particular problem i was having. Customer service was very friendly as well. Now the cons of my experience with them was the price of services. They wanted to charge me $700 to flush my tankless water heater yes you heard me right $700. When the gentleman told me that price i laughed not knowing he was dead serious. Another time i had them come out to look at my ac they installed a kickstart and adjusted my blower speed on the air handler and then he sold me on the maintenance program with them that if i joined the service and diagnostic fee would be eliminated so i said sure and if i remember correctly his original price before “seeing what he could do” for the price was over $800 and then i believe it was reduced back down somewhere between $600-$700. I also needed a new compressor and luckily it was under warranty but the labor was not (the ac was not installed by ac solves it all) their price was the highest out of 10 company’s i called in the area. The final straw the broke the camels back was just recently i wanted my fan speed adjusted again and i wanted a tech to come out so we made the appt and the tech calls me about what i wanted done and tells me the price would be over $200. Look im no ac technician but i have common sense with how things work and how to do them but the math isn’t mathing with this company. Again i called numerous ac companies ya in the area and out of the area to get a understanding of what i should be paying for each service i listed and ace solves it all was always way over priced. They are very reliable and come when you need them to come tho so i guess that’s a plus

Damien and Victor were the best install duo I have seen in a while. The AC replacement was done in a timely manor, installed well and took the time to clean up everything.

I do not recommend this company. My experience felt extremely dishonest and misleading from start to finish. The technician claimed my AC unit had major issues, including what he described as an “explosion” (see the attached pic) inside the system because there was debris on some wiring. Thankfully, my father followed him throughout the appointment because a lot of what he was saying simply did not make sense. What was presented as severe damage turned out to be nothing more than dirt buildup, exactly as we suspected. He claimed I needed a new coil, motor, etc. I was pressured toward an unnecessary repair estimate of nearly $8,000 or a replacement for $13,000+ for a unit that was actually still in good condition. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted another reputable and well known HVAC company, and the issue ended up being a simple part replacement costing around $300. That alone speaks volumes. As a Florida homeowner, I know roofing and HVAC scams are unfortunately common due to our heat and storm seasons, and this experience reinforced that concern for me. I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others — especially WOMEN or ELDERLY homeowners — avoid feeling pressured or intimidated into expensive repairs they may not actually need.GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will absolutely not be using this company again.

My plumbing technician Tony was Amazing. He spent a few hours going above and beyond to diagnose the problem and repair my hot water heater. He was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely request him personally for any plumbing installs.
