We had to get our HVAC system replaced as well as the duct work. For being such a big job they were able to complete the work quickly and for a reasonable price. I have to admit I I can be difficult at times but they were all professional and respectful. I am very pleased.

I had some plumbing and a few other issues that needed to be taken care of. Victor came by to inspect everything and advise me of what was needed. He gave me a few different options to help me decide what would work best for me. He was very patient in answering my questions. As he finished each step, he would check to ensure everything was working correctly and gave a final overall inspection upon completion. For the second appointment, Victor and Brian arrived to do an installation and take care of a few other matters. They both were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and determined to make sure everything was done right. I am extremely happy with the excellent work done by both Victor and Brian.

I had a great experience with the electrician who serviced my home. James Ortiz was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my space from start to finish. He arrived on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently. What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to quality. James made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values both excellent service and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend James Ortiz to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy electrical work.

Our heater went out around 6:30 PM, and we were very anxious about it. Called Horizon and they got us an appointment right away. Technician Chris Gonzalez was communicative, empathetic and offered great guidance on our system which is nearly 20 years old. He was quickly able to identify the source of the issue and within 10 minutes of his arrival it was back up and running. Great price, great customer service. Would definitely use them again for any future needs!

Couldn't have asked for better technicians than Ben and Peter. After explaining what needed to be done including prices Ben installed a New hot water heater and a New faucet in my home. His work looks good and it's nice to have hot water again also a faucet that I no longer need to caulk. Peter thoroughly inspected my Air conditioning system inside and outside then explained what needs to be done. These gentlemen were very professional and thoughtful. I appreciate that so much, they were a pleasure to do business with, I'd recommend them for sure ‼️
