Keith C is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and made sure everything was done right the first time. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and trustworthy these days. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Keith C—you won’t be disappointed!

We had to get our HVAC system replaced as well as the duct work. For being such a big job they were able to complete the work quickly and for a reasonable price. I have to admit I I can be difficult at times but they were all professional and respectful. I am very pleased.

Our heater went out around 6:30 PM, and we were very anxious about it. Called Horizon and they got us an appointment right away. Technician Chris Gonzalez was communicative, empathetic and offered great guidance on our system which is nearly 20 years old. He was quickly able to identify the source of the issue and within 10 minutes of his arrival it was back up and running. Great price, great customer service. Would definitely use them again for any future needs!

After my HVAC went down right before the weekend in the 90’s. My tech Gursewak came in a timely manner and was polite and listened to my situation and concerns. He not only showed me pictures and the options I had, he explained everything patiently. He did the job quickly and very cleanly. And at the end he set me up with there maintenance program. I felt very confident and satisfied with his work.

I use Horizon often for multiple units. They are easy to book and fast as you can ask for. They keep track of everything and make instant booking vet easy online or by phone. Today technician James Ortiz came to check bathroom exhaust fans and he was easily able to locate the areas of concern then offer prices based on how extensive the job could be based on priority and needs. Overall it was a perfect experience he was on time, very easy to work with and everything was up front and easy to understand. He was kind and respectful of the people living there and listened to their concerns as well. This led me to want to make this review so I can tell others that this is the solution you always hope for. you have service and parts guarantees as well as great knowledgeable service providers so you can’t get a better team to work with on your house.
