I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. All three technicians were incredibly professional, neat, courteous, respectful, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked efficiently as a team while keeping the work area clean and organized. They were also very discreet, considerate, and treated my home with great care and respect. When the job was finished, they made sure everything was cleaned up, leaving the area spotless. It’s refreshing to work with a team that takes such pride in their work and truly values excellent customer service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitudes made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again. Five stars!

Horizon is a great company all together!! I never have had such a wonderful tech as Gursewak!! He is truly what we all want as a customer, he saved us!! Seriously Gursewak we truly appreciate you for what you did for our household!!!! I was in aww how quick he found out-the main problem, took care of everything!! Horizon please take care of this gem he truly saved us from thousands of dollars and a whole new system if he wouldn’t have come out to do his inspection!! Gursewak thanks again, people the yearly season sign up !! Do it it’s totally a piece of mind !! It will save you in the long run

My issue started with a simple washer delivery. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my valves which I had not known and this was cause to have Horizon come to repair. Peter, the technician sent did a great job of getting the valves repaired and replaced. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, explained all options and completed the work well. I was in a bind and Horizon came through quickly, I appreciate their service.

The Horizon service technician, Wilmer Fernandez, was absolutely magnificent! He was extremely professional, polite, attentive and technically gifted. He explained in detail what he was doing, what issues he found and how he would resolve them, all for the agreed-upon price. Wilmer is an immaculate representative for your company and a main reason why we have been Horizon customers for 15+ years, and will remain so. Well done!

Our AC broke, and from the kind person who came to talk throught options to the amazing team who came to help set everything up felt we were being taken care with true support. We ended up getting a whole new AC unit. The team who came to put in the new system made sure everything thing was talked through and planned before they even started. They pulled together a full team and made sure all angles were explored - I felt our home was in the best hands to help in a situation no home owner wants to deal with. The end result was very impressive and everything was tucked away and looked like it was there the whole time! At the end of day, the team talked through each and every new item, made sure to stop and give me space for any questions and to take notes. It was just 1 day, but this team made me feel so comfortable and cared for, it made a lasting positive impression! Would highly recommend!
