Overall just amazing service from start to finish Gold Medal exceeded the mark. First off a huge thank you to Shane Sweeny and his expertise in the sales process. He came out late on Saturday when our heat was down and we were surviving on workarounds and space heaters. Made the process smooth and as painless as possible. He went to bat for us and really helped us out. Our installers came out right on time first thing Monday despite the horrible cold 🥶. Ivan and his partner (sorry I missed your name) were extremely professional taking sure to communicate the process and keeping our home safe from any damages as they worked. They were very respectful and most importantly we have a full system in a day! Heating and cooling in just one day and my family is sitting comfortably again. Special shout-out to Jason for recommending the company!

From the moment Lance walked in my door, I knew this was home. The comfort specialist was outstanding and outlined all the details needed. The next morning Alberto, Sebastian, Ahmad and Mo came to my house for a full install of a combi-boiler, heat pump and air handler. They were professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend Gold Medal enough for an amazing job they did. Please do not hesitate to contact this company

This company will try to rip you off any chance they get. Scheduled non-emergent repair/service of my humidifier on their website. The tech was on time, professional, and cordial. I informed him the humidifier was not operating correctly and the water inlet valve may be stuck in the shut position. After 30 minutes he informed me the humidifier was running but the inlet valve was now leaking water onto my water heater and would need to be replaced. He proceeded to call the office to see if a plumber could come out and to get an estimate for the work. After 20 minutes they said one of their plumbers could come do the job for $600. I immediately said no thank you and informed them i would get an estimate somewhere else. They then said they could discount the work by $100. Making it $500 to replace a $30 valve. I informed the tech i would go with another company and thanked him. The tech then began writing up the invoice and informed me that he was told by the office to add on an $89 emergent work fee on top of the $89 dispatch fee. I told the tech i never requested emergent service because there was no emergency. The emergency was cause by them and all though they did nothing to fix what they broke, i was told there was nothing they could do about that fee. They eventually dropped the emergency fee. I was able to get another company to fix the valve they broke for 1/3 of what they quoted me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Can’t recommend Gold Medal Service enough! My boiler was ancient (30-40 years old) and finally kicked. I dreaded the idea of a replacement. GMS was affordable, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. A special thank you to the techs (Brendan, Chris, & Nick) whose customer service was as stellar as their workmanship in installing the replacement boiler. They were wonderful in testing the new boiler to ensure it’s working at its best and knowledgeable in informing me about how my new system operates. Should I need any new installs in the future, I’ll be requesting them by name! You’d be a fool not to do the same!

Gold Medal has been excellent to work with. We used them three years ago for our furnace and HVAC, so they were the obvious choice when we needed our hot water heater replaced. I called on a Sunday, they came out the very next day, and the job was completed within 24 hours. The entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free from a homeowner’s perspective. Communication was clear, everything was handled professionally, and there were no surprises. Reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Gold Medal and will continue using them for future heating and HVAC needs.
