I called Amazing after hearing ads on local radio. The salesman gave a solid proposal and explained the system we would get and why Lennox was the top choice of brands today. He was patient and answered all our questions. Though I believe the estimate was high, I also believed we would get a premium system with premium service. The techs came on time and knew the job (install furnace and A/C). All was going well; they finished when they said they would. My husband and I went out. When we returned an hour later, we found that the supply line to the humidifier popped off – water spewing all over our basement! My husband said he told the tech the line was leaking, but the tech brushed him off, replying, ‘it’s just spray’. I called the Amazing salesman. He asked for photos to share with the Installation Manager who immediately called. He drove 90 min. to get to us that night, bringing two industrial fans. In the meantime we were hard at work with our shop vac sucking up the mess, moving furniture and anything that was wet on the floor. We spent 3 hours on Friday night doing this plus several hours on Sunday to put everything back together. The Manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. He admitted the tech’s mistake of using plastic hose because copper should have been used the entire way. He promised to make us whole. I told him I wanted monetary compensation. On Monday the manager arranged the tech (who did NOT apologize for his mistake) to return to fix the hose at our convenience. He offered me an upgraded smart thermostat and $1000. To be honest I felt $1000 was insufficient for our trouble, but I spoke to the Operations Manager who offered me a 2nd year of Comfort Club and made a good argument for the $1000 that I did not feel was necessary for me to further escalate. In the end we got our system, but not without extreme inconvenience. I had high hopes for Amazing but ultimately was disappointed by this careless mistake from a company who advertises having the best.

I was quite impressed with Alex Bullock, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I called Amazing because of the radio ads! The honesty and work ethic this company advertised had me thinking that they would be the ones I would call if I needed HVAC service. I was not disappointed in anyway! I highly recommend Amazing. I waiting for an AC replacement pricing so I can’t comment on the price but the range Alex gave me seemed significantly less than most!

Our AC unit was not blowing any cool air so I scheduled an appointment with Amazing online. Their communication was excellent! Ben the technician was wonderful he was honest and told us exactly what the issue was and to make things better he had the parts that were needed to fix our unit on his truck and he fixed it the same day! We were so impressed and satisfied with Amazing and Ben that we instantly signed up to be a Comfort Care member! Thank you for the fast, professional and honest service you provided us today!

Reached out to this company because heard all of the radio commercials (using kid voices mentioning that they’re hot or cold, showcasing how important it is) mentioning how when heating or AC goes out they treat it like an emergency and will try to see you that day. Wednesday night our AC completely died and with an 18 month old in the house I thought they were the best option. I called the number and they said everyone was busy at the moment but someone would give me a call the next morning. Did not receive a call so I called them again Thursday afternoon. They said the earliest someone could even stop by our house to look at the problem would be Monday. Please don’t make commercials promising same day emergency care if the best you’re going to offer is four days later.

From the sales experience to installation the team at Amazing HVAC really did an amazing job. Greg on the sales side was professional and was also technical so he was able to explain what fit my needs best and why. He was able to find a solution that fit my budget. On the installation side, Devon and McShane showed up 15 minutes early and completed the job earlier than expected. They were also very professional and polite. The job was completed without a hitch and was quality work. They took the time after installation to explain and show me exactly what they did and let me ask questions. Highly recommend!
