R.S. Andrews delivered exceptional service when I scheduled a technician to come to my new home to explain whole home water filtration options. I was thrilled that Jason, the technician, was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but also able to install the system that very same day. He walked me through everything with clarity and professionalism, answered all my questions, and ensured the system was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend R.S. Quick call back by scheduling and able to accommodate our schedule with ease. Jason called ahead of arrival and showed up at the time he stated. Was extremely helpful and was able to solution with ease. Extremely personable and very helpful in explaining everything.

Jeramy Bond did our semi-annual maintenance, and he did a great job. He took the time to explain everything to me and if possible, I would like to have Jeramy provide our maintenance service in the future. Also, noting that Jeramy is a super Cleveland Browns fan I was quick to point out that he was in Steeler country once he entered our home and he was fine with that😊

RS Andrews was so quick to come out (same day, though late at night) when I had a pipe burst under my house. Connor was exceptional - nothing phases him! He never complained, and did an amazing job. Would absolutely recommend them and Connor in particular!

We just had an HVAC maintenance check done by Max and even though our system is quality and only a few years old we found ways to improve it and protect the system against power fluctuations that are relatively common in this area. Service was on time and Max was very polite as well as informative. I believe we are in a better place as a result of this service and look forward to continued work with RS Andrews.
