Jose Castellon and Dakota Waggoner today both came to service our unit that had been out since Sunday. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient taking the time to explain everything that was being done to our unit, and gave me options on what i need to resolve in the next few weeks. Both were very patient, assured me and not only took the time needed to explain everything to me, but also asked me several times if I had any questions. Today's visit was excellent and very professional. Thank you Monarch. Jose Castellon was very professional, and had such a positive disposition which made me feel at ease, and I was very grateful to him for showing me the pictures of how my AC unit looked after he had completed his work on it. He checked that the air was flowing in the vents. Thank you Jose.

Reason for a "4", was for the Office Mgmt. Had an appointment for Thursday between 8am-12pm. I called twice, then after that time, they wanted to reschedule. Due to issue at previous appointment. I get that, but a courtesy call would have been great. Need to speak with customer, not a "I sent you an email/text", not everyone answers them. Elderly people are slower... should be a one on one conversation, much more personable/caring for client. Rescheduled for Friday (12-4pm), per office. The guys that came were Great! (Giving them a 5)

Jose Castellon, was very informative and patient with explaining what was the issue on my air conditioning unit. Very impressed with the professionalism of Monarch customer service. We had no idea our unit was 33 years old. So Happy with everyone’s customer service. They also gave us Veterans Discount. Thank you so Much

Manual Lopez and his trainee did an awesome job. They were very polite, fast, knowledgeable, and sociable. I have already recommended them and your services to others. Price was great too. No hidden mark ups, etc. Other companies quoted me more than Monarchs. Great service and company.

Jose Castellon was on time and extremely polite and knowledgeable. This is a rental house and his interaction with the tenants was exceptional. He asked permission before doing anything and explained his process not only to me the homeowner but the tenants as well. It required Adrian his supervisor to come and assist the final inspection. Adrian was as good as Jose. I highly recommend Monarch Home Services. Highly satisfied customer. Carl
