I just want to say that Joey Ledezma the technician that came to service our AC was very professional and courteous. Joey took the time to explain issues that we had with our AC and did so in a way that we could understand. He also was able to give us other options we that we could use. We are looking forward to continue to do service with Monarch.

Jose Castellon came out to do my inspection/ tune up. He found some buildup inside the unit and pointed out that we should schedule a cleaning soon. I definitely agreed upon inspecting myself. Asked him if he could do it now, and he got permission and promptly got on it. Dirty HVAC systems are one of the primary causes of mold in the household and appreciate Jose’s extra time on the unit. He is very customer friendly and Monarch is blessed to have him servicing their accounts in Visalia. Thank you

Made an appointment. Was told I would have some one come by between 8-12pm. Got a call day of appointment staying service tech was still on first job, so I had to be rescheduled. I stated I would cancel my service. I've been through this before. Then I was told some one would be there by 5. I stated if they come after 5 I would not let them do the service. At 4:50 tech shows up. I told him I am done with Monarch. I wasted a whole day waiting. I'm tired of this lack of service. Good bye.

Jose Castellon and Jose Ayala were very polite, quiet, conscientious, wore booties over their boots. Kept me informed about what they were doing. Appreciate good service.
