Cool Today was the Company who installed my EcoWater, water filter/softener that I purchased through Cosco. Rudy from Cool Today arrived early after texting us to provide a time of arrival estimate. Rudy went over the entire installation process with me and got right to work. Rudy on numerous occasions throughout the process, asked me how I preferred this and that before making permanent installations which I really liked. Rudy was very considerate and very competent. Rudy assisted me setting up the application on my phone, to include the system alerts, maintenance instructions etc. Cool Today did an awesome job and my wife and I are very Satisfied with the work and our EcoWater Softener. Shout out to Rudy, you were just Awesome!!! Thank you Cool Today. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Cool Today if the need arises in the future. Craig Fox

Used Cool Today A/C Department for the first time today and I’m very pleased I did. Nate, the technician was professional, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Terrific customer service and complete communication about the maintenance service performed. Nate also explained the one recommendation he had for our attic unit, and based on his explication we decided to have it done as well. Prices were far less than we have paid with other companies and Cool Today made no effort to upsell us with service or equipment that was not needed. The experience was so positive we are considering signing on for their annual maintenance program.

Our 20 year old air conditioning finally went out here on Marco Island. Of course it happened during one of the hottest weeks we have had. So we contacted Home Depot and they sent a representative from Cool Today to visit our property and prepare a quote. Joshua Ellinger was very prompt, professional, and thorough in preparing a quote for us. We reviewed several options and selected Cool Today/Home Depot for the professionalism, expertise, thoroughness. Last week, two technicians came out from Cool Today for the installation, Clayton Kabbas, and Esteban Santiago. Cool Today sent a link notifying us they were coming, and included a Google map showing they were in route so we could plan accordingly. Both technicians were very timely, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. It was a 2 day job as they installed the new AC unit and ran new ducts for us. The first day, they stayed and worked until nearly 10pm so we would have cool air! It was hot in our home. The second day they also worked diligently, kept me updated on their progress, and were very customer oriented. They went under the house to run lines, and spent quite some time walking through the attic installing the new ducts. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we sincerely appreciate the hard work, care, and concern for thr customer in quickly replacing our AC and installing through new duct work. Highly recommend this company and team!! Great value and reasonable price.

The team arrived on time, finished on time and left this home spotless. Electrician. HVAC and Vent cleaning teams were knowledgeable and really took care of our house needs. They all were super professional , courtepus and answered all of my questions. The team represented cold today extremely well!! Highly recommend if you need any of the aforementioned services.

I do not typically write reviews, but after the incredible experience we had last week with Cool Today, I felt obligated. Due to the age of our AC, it was time to start shopping new options. After receiving in-person quotes from 5 separate HVAC companies, one stood above the rest. First was our sales rep Mitch, who displayed an unbelievable level of professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and curtesy. He was the epitome of customer service. We experienced two small, standard issues during the install which Mitch handled immediately, openly communicating, and always looking out for our best interest. Then was the install, where Clayton and Chris G shined - right on time, clean and tidy work, communication throughout the day, and a dedication to doing things properly. We could not have asked for a better team. From start to finish, they truly exceeded our expectations. In today’s business climate, where customer service is constantly lacking, they reminded me of how things are supposed to be done. All we can say to Mitch, Clayton, Chris G and the rest of the Cool Today team is, thank you. You are part of our family now, and I haven’t stoped telling everyone we know about you guys. My wife and I could not appreciate Cool Today more. Stop searching, and pick Mitch, Clayton and Chris G to get the job done right!!
