Casteel installed a new AC unit, furnace, and water heater. Brian and Ezekiel arrived at 6:59 for my 7am appointment. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication within the company the equipment did not arrive until a few hours later. Once it was here they did a top notch job installing it. They do great work and are very friendly. My only complaint is that they will need to make a return visit to install a steam humidifier and whole house surge protector that did not get delivered today.

Definition of professional. The Casteel crew showed up on time and ready to go. They laid down floor covering all the way to the attic. They replaced my entire HVAC indoor/outdoor unit, line sets, added two returns, and hauled off the old unit all in about 6 hours. When they left there was not a spec of trash or anything out of place. They walked me through everything from top to bottom, helped me set up my new thermostats that connect to WiFi, and handed me a neatly stacked set of papers for my new system. I would highly recommend Casteel for any major or minor HVAC repairs/installs.

Casteel is great. The service they provide is exceptional. The difference is their people. Ty was our AC service technician and he was awesome. Great explanation of what was going on with our AC and what work needed to be completed. Don had previously come out a week before to repair a toilet and a general plumbing service. He was fantastic as well. Personable, helpful and also great with the diagnosis. They are great to work with and the team is very helpful.

John was very prompt, professional and efficient. He told me he could try to fix it (“no guarantees”)at a cost of about $800, which made no sense for a 17 year-old unit. He worked with me on the price of a new one, offering me a “scratch and dent” model, which brought the price down considerably! (Be sure to ask about that if aesthetics are not a big a deal to you; could hardly see the dent!) He then installed a new hot water heater the same day he came to check it out, with no fuss or issues. Everything seems to be working fine and no more water leaking out! Very pleased with the service!

Sean was great. This was the best technician experience we’ve had so far. He was knowledgeable, courteous, attended to our concerns, and gave us top-tier customer service. Our experience has not been the best in the past but bc of our experience with Sean, we are willing to continue to use Casteel.
