“I have concerns about Window Nation when it comes to Customer Service and Installation. They measured 4 windows, 2 sets of 2 that were the same size, and 2 windows came in at the wrong size. I had to spend 2 separate days at home for their mistake. I also know, based on standards for installing windows, the gaps left around the windows were incorrect. A supervisor promised to come out during the second installation, but never showed. I will look elsewhere for future needs, and most likely won't recommend this company.”

I accepted the offer of course because it was the lowest price and the concerns after the installation are a clear reason why. When someone ask me about the windows I will tell them about the experience and to only consider if cost is their determining factor.”

“Install was quick. A few flaws outside that were taken care of. However, the cleaning solution that was used to clean the window moldings/frames stripped and scratched the finish; so not happy about that. Also, we’re still missing a screen almost a month later.”
