“The communication from the sales team to us is very poor. The installation crew was good and cleaned up after themselves, and they did a good job. The windows look nice, but the actual process was horrible. The sales department lacked communication and follow-through when communicating about the contract itself. The installation team did a tremendous job and even did amazing work when cleaning up after themselves, and they were efficient with the follow-up actions that needed to occur. There was a window installed that was not the correct window, and they still haven't solved that issue.”

“It was great that the process in the house was done in one day with a great variety of resources teamed together to finish the task in one day. Even though it started to rain with a potential of severe weather the team stayed to get all the inside windows down. There was a window bay wrap that was not completed and I thought it was due to weather. Still waiting on an response from the install manager when this can be completed??”

The quality of the windows and installation process was great. but a major issue was that the screens did not show up and this is a screened in porch that we have not been able to use since the installation. We have been told that they will notify us when they will be shipped. Additionally, Window Nation has been paid in full, yet the job is not complete.”
