We had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. It honestly impressed us at every step of the process. We love them so much we are getting the rest of the house done and the front door! It began when a representative knocked on our door to schedule an appointment. From there, everything was extremely organized and professional. Our sales consultant, Leslie, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. She spent nearly three hours with us making sure we understood every detail and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We ended up having six windows and one door installed, all hurricane-impact rated since we live on the water in Florida. The difference in our home after just three days is incredible. The room temperature is noticeably more comfortable, and the sound reduction is unbelievable. We can barely hear cars driving by anymore, and even the rain is dramatically quieter. It’s honestly a night-and-day improvement. Another thing that really stood out was their app. It’s incredibly useful and easy to use and basically serves as the control center for the entire project. From the moment we completed the simple financing process, we were able to follow the progress of our windows every step of the way. It kept us updated on scheduling, manufacturing, and installation, which made the whole experience feel very transparent and organized. The installation crew was lead by Emanuel and the entire crew was just as impressive as the sales experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process while they worked. They carefully protected our floors and furniture, cleaned everything up afterward, and washed the windows. Before leaving they made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. What really stood out is their quality control process. Power Home Remodeling sends their own inspector after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly and to answer any additional questions. They also scheduled the county inspection, which gave us even more confidence in the work. Overall, this was one of the most professional home improvement experiences we’ve had. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, and a noticeable improvement in our home. We would absolutely recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone considering new windows or doors.

Very happy with my new door. Very clean installation process and the crew was very thorough when installing. Edited to add - Due to the ease of doing their financing, i ended up also having them out to install gutters and replace my reaming old windows. The turnaround was very quick on all three projects. Ive had other experiences with contractors that were good, but these guys are great with communication. If you have any concerns, they dont make you wait for a callback, they simply get someone on the phone for you. Im absolutely loving these new windows but haven't had a chance to test the gutters a whole lot.

This was a totally positive experience. From the first young man that knocked on my door, then the salesman that gave me a quote and the guy that came to do the exact measurements. They were all helpful, pleasant and I feel honest and fair. They were all punctual and respectful, making sure I understood and was comfortable with every step of the project. The crew that came to do the installation were great. They took care to protect my property and were efficient and thorough. The project inspection by Power was the same day, done by a very knowledgeable and friendly guy that spoke with me about my next project. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and easy to do business with.

Power Windows installed all the windows on our townhouse (we did two installment episodes over two years) and they are the best company I've ever had to deal with when it comes to having updates done to our home! They are not pushy sales people. They give you information and help you break things down based on your budget. After hurricane Milton, we wanted better windows. The contractor who did these townhouse was complete...ya know...so we aren't the only ones who have had issues with these original windows needing repair. They helped us identify the windows that had current water damage, showed us the proof, and helped us break up the project into two separate jobs (without commitment for the second part by the way, that was just us saying 'yes, these windows have been amazing, let's do the rest!'). Once you have these windows, you'll understand. Our house stays cooler longer, they are easy to open and close, they have tint already within the glass and they bring the noise level down significantly! Their base windows (the ones we got) are graded up to a Cat 3 hurricane but you can pay more for the more serious ones. I strongly encourage that if you are considering getting your windows updated, check this company out firsr and use them in your set of calls if you are getting quotes. Finally, and probably the best part, is their customer service. We have had only horrible experiences with contractors until Power. Their company has an app that gives you everything you need for your job right there. Your paperwork, how to sign it, how to call and check on your progress and where to pay. They are responsive and you dont get the run around. The company spends time actually training their employees in customer service which no one seems to do any more. It shows. Every person I've met at Power has been amazing. We will be Power fans for life lol lol As you can see in the photo, I even took a picture with someone at their stand at the fair because we ❤️ them so much!
