We had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. It honestly impressed us at every step of the process. We love them so much we are getting the rest of the house done and the front door! It began when a representative knocked on our door to schedule an appointment. From there, everything was extremely organized and professional. Our sales consultant, Leslie, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. She spent nearly three hours with us making sure we understood every detail and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We ended up having six windows and one door installed, all hurricane-impact rated since we live on the water in Florida. The difference in our home after just three days is incredible. The room temperature is noticeably more comfortable, and the sound reduction is unbelievable. We can barely hear cars driving by anymore, and even the rain is dramatically quieter. It’s honestly a night-and-day improvement. Another thing that really stood out was their app. It’s incredibly useful and easy to use and basically serves as the control center for the entire project. From the moment we completed the simple financing process, we were able to follow the progress of our windows every step of the way. It kept us updated on scheduling, manufacturing, and installation, which made the whole experience feel very transparent and organized. The installation crew was lead by Emanuel and the entire crew was just as impressive as the sales experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process while they worked. They carefully protected our floors and furniture, cleaned everything up afterward, and washed the windows. Before leaving they made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. What really stood out is their quality control process. Power Home Remodeling sends their own inspector after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly and to answer any additional questions. They also scheduled the county inspection, which gave us even more confidence in the work. Overall, this was one of the most professional home improvement experiences we’ve had. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, and a noticeable improvement in our home. We would absolutely recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone considering new windows or doors.

We had an amazing experience with Power Home Remodeling. Everyone who came to the home was very professional, informative, and punctual. I also loved the fact you could actually speak with the installation workers because they understood and spoke English, which hasn't been the case with a lot of home projects we've had done through other companies. That part was super helpful because we knew what they were doing and why. We used Power for our window project and the install went very smoothly. The prices were a little on the high side, but they allowed us to break down our project over time and we felt it was worth it with the quality we were getting. The only thing I would ding them on was that they didn't clean the windows without smudges and smears once they were done with the project, but it's not really a deal breaker for me. What they promised was that the noise from the road and the heat coming into our west-facing windows would drastically reduce and they made good on that promise. We have little to no outside noise coming into the home now and very little heat can be felt coming in.

This was a totally positive experience. From the first young man that knocked on my door, then the salesman that gave me a quote and the guy that came to do the exact measurements. They were all helpful, pleasant and I feel honest and fair. They were all punctual and respectful, making sure I understood and was comfortable with every step of the project. The crew that came to do the installation were great. They took care to protect my property and were efficient and thorough. The project inspection by Power was the same day, done by a very knowledgeable and friendly guy that spoke with me about my next project. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and easy to do business with.
