We had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. It honestly impressed us at every step of the process. We love them so much we are getting the rest of the house done and the front door! It began when a representative knocked on our door to schedule an appointment. From there, everything was extremely organized and professional. Our sales consultant, Leslie, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. She spent nearly three hours with us making sure we understood every detail and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We ended up having six windows and one door installed, all hurricane-impact rated since we live on the water in Florida. The difference in our home after just three days is incredible. The room temperature is noticeably more comfortable, and the sound reduction is unbelievable. We can barely hear cars driving by anymore, and even the rain is dramatically quieter. It’s honestly a night-and-day improvement. Another thing that really stood out was their app. It’s incredibly useful and easy to use and basically serves as the control center for the entire project. From the moment we completed the simple financing process, we were able to follow the progress of our windows every step of the way. It kept us updated on scheduling, manufacturing, and installation, which made the whole experience feel very transparent and organized. The installation crew was lead by Emanuel and the entire crew was just as impressive as the sales experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process while they worked. They carefully protected our floors and furniture, cleaned everything up afterward, and washed the windows. Before leaving they made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. What really stood out is their quality control process. Power Home Remodeling sends their own inspector after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly and to answer any additional questions. They also scheduled the county inspection, which gave us even more confidence in the work. Overall, this was one of the most professional home improvement experiences we’ve had. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, and a noticeable improvement in our home. We would absolutely recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone considering new windows or doors.

Power came knocking at my door just at the right time. I knew I needed new windows in my new home, but have been putting it off. Between water clearly come through the windows, some not staying open, cracks and so on. Being a new homeowner I’ve been having to prioritize the most important things I needed done, and in my head windows were not one of them. When Zach came to my home to go over everything, I quickly realized windows were definitely a priority. Zach was patient and thorough. He gave many different window options, and financially gave me different options. My windows were just put in, and I couldn’t be happier. The process was quick, and was done in just one day. Having both a power manager walk through to inspect after installation , along with having a city inspector come another day really made me feel confident that everything was done right. I 100% recommend this company, and will be using them for any future needs I have.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish! From the initial estimate to the installation and final inspection, every single person we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installation crew was incredible. They replaced all 10 of our windows in just 5 hours without sacrificing quality. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean throughout the process, and treated our home with great care. You would hardly know they had been there by the time they finished! One thing we really appreciated was that Power handled all of the permitting for us, making the entire process stress-free. It also gave us peace of mind knowing they use their own employees rather than subcontractors, which really showed in the quality of the workmanship, communication, and overall professionalism. We were so impressed with the entire experience that we're already scheduling a second project to have our front door replaced! Power knocked on our door and we had a great conversation with Erika who kindly set our estimate appointment. Tasha was our estimator- super friendly and also very knowledgeable. Less than two weeks our new soffit, fascia and gutters were installed. The crews who came out to do the work were efficient. The Power team communicated every step. We are very happy with the entire process start to finish and the work looks great!

I’m so disappointed with our $20k investment and the lack of customer support from this company. While the product itself seems legit, the installation team was sloppy. They got glass all in our pool, in our gardens, and imbedded in our bedroom rugs. I sliced both my finger and toe open on glass found INSIDE our house even weeks after their installation. We also had to vacuum shards out of our pool and pick up CHUNKS from our outdoor walking spaces/garden. They also broke our bar soap holder and ran to home deport to fix it before we even telling us it was broken. At least they fixed it… I guess. We had 2 different “higher ups” come in two separate occasions to clean. They basically got on their hands ands knees to pick up the glass and stilllllllll left glass ALL OVER our house and driveway. We ended up doing the majority of the cleaning since they’re incapable. The caulking that seals the windows is incredibly wonky and messy on the inside AND outside of the windows. You would think for the price tag, these windows would be installed beautifully but I just love seeing the messy caulk borders😍 Also, the window with the jank window frame sealant failed the pasco county fire inspection because they installed a window that wouldn’t even open… ANDDDDD it wasn’t the correct custom window we ordered (It should’ve had grids… considering we PAID MORE for the GRIDS that DO NOT have. We got our windows installed August 17th. They STILL haven’t reached out to replace our failed window with a grid… which again… we paid additional for that… and are still expected to be paying full price and on time. The good news is the ended up getting the window to work because we complained about it enough but the bad news is they don’t care it’s the wrong window still and that we went 1.5 months in a fire risk room. Especially after the cobalt apartments just went up in flames, you’d think the county and window company would care. NOPE😀👍 I genuinely hate that we have to spend full price for dookie looking windows and still DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE PAID FOR. DONT do it guys. The sales men are so nice but the installation team and customer service just isn’t it. Also notice how they are only responding to good google reviews and ignoring the bad ones.😒
