Dealing with owner Brian and all the company staff was an extremely good experience. Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision on window selection. Most important, the work crew did a phenomenal job installing the windows. During their two full work days they were polite, experienced, hard working and cleaned up EVERYTHING at each day’s end. All I had to do when job completed was sit back and enjoy my beautiful new energy efficient windows!!

So Rolando and the crew came promptly Wednesday morning. After a brief intro, they got down to business. I was extremely impressed with their workmanship and their professionalism. All in all, they removed and replaced 3 door and 9 windows with Double wall insulated products. They finished Friday(midday) and I couldn’t be more happier with the work they did. I really appreciate their time and effort.

Our experience with My Window and Door Guy was a breeze. They were recommended to us by The Window Experts Youtube channel. John came out to our home for our quote, was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered every question I had, and helped us pick the perfect windows for our home. We got CWS’ Hurricane Guard 8000 Series Vinyl Frame Windows for our whole home, which we got a very affordable quote on for the cost of the windows AND removal+installation! John was available by phone call or text when I had any questions and responded quickly. Once our windows were ready for installation the appointment was set up, the crew arrived on the day and were right on time. They spent the entire day removing and installing all 12 of our windows and were very friendly and caring of our valuables in our home. They took extra care in ensuring every window was removed, disposed of, every new window installed perfectly, and cleaned up each area after each install. The entire process went flawlessly and we are so thankful we chose this company for our window installation. Previously, we had single pane aluminum frame windows and are now enjoying the peace, quiet, and comfort of our new double pane vinyl frame windows. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new window installation done. We will definitely be using their services again in the future for sliding glass door and front door replacement!

My home was in need of replacing all doors, interior and exterior. I received an estimate from a big box store for the exterior doors. I decided to get another estimate and called My Window and Door Guy. I am so glad I did because Brian, the owner, came out and gave me a better price with a better door. The installation went smooth and the doors look great! I then decided to ask Brian about installing the interior doors. He gave me a fair price and he went work. After the interior door installation, I had a concern and he fixed it right away. The interior doors are beautiful! Brian your professionalism and outstanding quality sets you apart from others! Thank you for helping me and being apart of the process with putting my house back together!

Great company from the sales guy John, to the crew led by Ronaldo. Don’t even bother getting other quotes, these guys were the only company that didn’t use pushy sales tactics and were upfront and honest. Windows were installed by Ronaldo and his crew. They showed up on time and got the job done same day! They were respectful of my home and covered all the furniture and cleaned up after. These guys truly care about doing the job right and it shows. Thank you!
