We had a fantastic experience working with James Davis from Morgan exteriors. From the very beginning, his presentation was professional, thorough and informative. He took the time to clearly explain the product, walk us throughout options, and answer every question we had without any pressure. We receive quote from other companies, but what truly set James apart was his honesty and willingness to work with us. We genuinely felt like he had our best interest in mind, and that made our decision easy. He represented Morgan Exteriors exceptionally well, and we are so excited for our new Windows! We look forward to continuing to work with James throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Morgan Exteriors did an excellent job on our front door and soffit and facia. We love it so much that we started a new project on the board and batten and a window. Curtis has been very helpful and professional with everything thus far. Thank you for your great customer service.

My wife and I met with sales agent Heather. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable with the product and service. We will be adding new siding to our house. We appreciate her patience and taking the time to go over the contract and pricing. We also thank the owner for working with us to make this possible.

I must begin by saying that I have never written or submitted a poor review of any person, business, or product. If I ever have a problem, I call and speak directly to the person responsible. However, I would be remiss if I did not go on record to warn others of the unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent business practices perpetrated by Morgan exteriors throughout the almost 7 months it took to order and install six windows in my home. Repeated efforts to reach Mr. Morgan met with continued excuses for why he couldn’t return my calls: “Mr. Morgan is in a meeting”, “I don’t have Mr. Morgan’s schedule”, “Mr. Morgan is a very busy man and can’t always return calls”, “Mr. Morgan is out of the office and I don’t know when he’ll return”. I was assured by the person I was speaking to that she was “leaving messages for Mr. Morgan but it was her job to handle these issues and he doesn’t always answer calls”. When Mr. Morgan finally returned one of my calls, he had the nerve to blame me for all of the mistakes and delays because he alleged I changed the original order. I not only DID NOT change the order, I was upset when the Morgan representative came out to do the precise measurements, and I found out that the windows the salesman suggested and ordered, would not be feasible in this space. The representative who came out to re-measure changed the configuration and measured for the new windows. Mr. Morgan took no responsibility whatsoever for any of the problems claiming he could not control his suppliers, had no idea when orders would arrive and was not the one who scheduled deliveries. He then referred to his company’s 30 years in business and his A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau as proof of what a wonderful company it was. My biggest regret over the last seven months, besides the fact that I fell prey to Morgan Exterior’s self-serving advertising and Better Business Bureau ratings, is that I didn’t read the numerous horrible reviews of the company on the BBB website as well as other sites, before I called them. i have since read the reviews and am trying to figure out how they got that A+ rating from BBB. If you do nothing else BEFORE you call Morgan Exteriors, please read all of the reviews from the Better Business Bureau, Google, Yelp, etc. Most of them are scathing. When I called the Better Business Bureau to find out how they got an A+, I was told they do not take into consideration any complaints about the company. They only look to see if Mr. Morgan replied and/or tried to satisfy the customer.
