I lost all my windows in hurricane Helene and FAS windows and doors were incredible in taking care of my rebuild. Jacob Henderson came in on the sales called and provided an incredible deal with great financing - next up- Juan and his crew of Orlando and Alex, they did an amazing job installing and the job site was immaculate when they left. The windows are sealed perfectly and the job could not have been done better. Jason has been coordinating things with scheduling and checking on any issues and he has been right on time answering any questions and taking care of issues. I highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy and provide excellent service, great workmanship, and reliable products. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars for sure💫💯

The salesperson was very responsive. However, it took from July to November to get the windows installed due to manufacturer delays (Simonton). The job done was amazing. Juan had to build out my back wall to accommodate the new windows. It took the entire day. It is AMAZING what he accomplished. Orlando and Alejandro worked on the other windows and also did an awesome job. I LOVE my new windows! Jason was responsive in getting the final inspection and doing the final touches. Two of the big screens were bent, and Jason will see that they are replaced. I highly recommend FAS Windows and Doors. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with FAS Exteriors. Christian worked with us to pick the perfect replacement doors and window for our house. The installation process went very smoothly. The whole team was knowledgeable, hard working, professional & respectful. Juan, Alex & Orlando did an outstanding job putting our new doors & window in. There were just a few details and touch ups needed afterwards and Justin, the team lead, handled them promptly. We easily passed inspection and have had several heavy rainstorms since with no issues or leaking. We will absolutely use this company again when it is time to replace our front doors and windows.

Everything about this company has been impressive. The sales person was very knowledgeable, the follow-up after was excellent with Jason keeping us updated and informed of every step. The installation was very professional, careful with our home, did a beautiful job and this was the cleanest construction site/ job we have ever had. Juan is excellent- professional, polite and went out of his way to be thorough and informative. Mirian is lovely and did a wonderful job cleaning. The county inspector confirmed everything was installed correctly. He made the statement he doesn’t have to worry about inspections following FAS work “as they are known to be a good contractor”. Justin came out to finish up small details and like everyone, was right on time and finished his repairs with the same diligence as everyone before him. We are very happy with our windows and would highly recommend FAS. We will be using them again.
