Absolutely a wonderful experience from the first contact to the final installation. Waited years to change doors due to previous estimates that didn’t seem to understand my vision. Hurricane Pros were amazing in listening, explaining and understanding us as clients. We greatly appreciated their updates throughout the entire process. On installation day they showed up early, worked diligently and left everything super clean and not a single piece of trash left behind. Hurricane Pros is definitely the way to go for impact windows and doors. Ariel dedicated the time and patience to make sure I not only understood my different options, but to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication was huge during the entire project and Ariel made sure to always keep us updated and answer all questions we had. Excellent customer service at an excellent price for an excellent product. All my family and friends were super impressed on how it all came out. Ours was a small job; a one-window replacement. Ariel was more than willing to give us an estimate when all other companies wouldn’t. We hired Hurricane Pros on the spot and glad we did. The entire process was timely, professional and efficient. The installers, Javier and Hector, did a great job on a polite, professional and clean installation. Special thanks to them for repairing a probable water leak source on the concrete underneath the window frame.
