Would highly recommend Renewals by Anderson. From the first conversation with Matthew Malone to the last visit with his team, this company is fantastic! The crew was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the install. They made the whole process easy and kept it clean. We are so happy with our decision to purchase windows and doors from Renewals by Anderson. Thank you for such an amazing experience and product!

Had to wait 6 weeks for doors to be built and another several weeks for installation. The product delivered and installed had different colored parts. We had to wait another six weeks for the proper colored parts. Our “concierge” who is useless scheduled the installation first thing in the morning. 3 hours later we are still waiting. 3 stars is a generous rating. They were also extremely expensive despite all the great “deals”

We had all the windows replaced as well as two sliding doors; additionally we replaced two sliding doors with glass panels. Unfortunately, our experience has been an unpleasant one. First, the installation took two weeks rather than the one week the salesman told us. The crew left dozens of cigarette butts and a lot of work site debris on our front lawn which we had to clean up. Secondly, the finish on sliding doors is second-rate. The inside spline framing the glass was stapled to the doors and the staple holes were either not filled, or partially filled so that there is a visible dimple. As the installer said, "this is what you would expect from a Home Depot door." Andersen's solution was to have the installer fill the holes with caulking. One of the doors has a stain on the exterior vinyl which I have tried in vain to remove with mineral spirits. The installers nailed a strip of wood to cover the seam between the window panels and again filled the nail holes with caulking. It is unsightly and does not look finished. Additionally, on one of the sliding doors, the installers did not actually screw the lock into the door, nor did they place the handle on the door; the handle which they brought with them was missing a part. It's been over two weeks and the replacement has not arrived. Alejandro and Jorge assured me that someone would perform a site visit to address these issues, but no one has contacted me. The total cost for the project was over $120,000 and I am very dissatisfied to say the least. If this is what Made in America means, we are in trouble.

My wife and I are delighted that Renewal by Andersen will be installing impact windows on our home. We had several companies give product estimates and no one compared with Renewal’s quality and presentation. Juan Tamayo was such an excellent representative of the company and how they operate with step by step guidance as to what we can expect throughout the entire installation process. We look forward to a beautiful and secure home once the job is completed.

Our design consultant, Matthew Malone, was great; very knowledgeable about the various windows doors and options. He was always on time for meetings in our home and did not rush our decision. We ended up purchasing windows and sliding doors to replace all of our old, leaking single pane units. Andersen products are very high quality in comparison to others we researched but remained price competitive given their features and construction.
