We had a great experience with Pane-less Glass for the installation of our impact window and doors. Bradley and his crew, including Bryan and Anthony, were all professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They were all very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. They got us on the schedule almost immediately after our windows were delivered, and finished exactly on schedule. The quality of their work is excellent, and everything was done with attention to detail. The exterior of the house was left ready to paint exactly as agreed on. They were very accommodating with our timeline and made sure the job was completed before we left for vacation, which we really appreciated. They also came back right on time once we returned to install a custom part to one of our windows that had to be special ordered from the factory. Would definitely recommend them for window installation.

This is the second time we’ve used Pane-Liss Glass Products, and once again they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They did such an amazing job on our first home that we didn’t hesitate to call them again for our second home in Central Florida. The fact that they were willing to drive three hours says a lot about their commitment, and the crew truly delivered. Bradley, Denzel, Joseph, Garth, and Jay were outstanding! Extremely professional, always on time, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. The quality of the work is excellent, the pricing is fair and affordable, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. My wife and I are beyond pleased with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend Pane-Liss Glass Products as the best window and door company in South and Central Florida! 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation!

The whole experience from the sales quote through final inspection was excellent. The salesman , Lee was a great communicator, explaining the details with pricing on different products. He handled the changes that came up and clarified everything. The installation crew, Denzel, Jay and Garth were professional, respectful and very effective throughout the whole project. The crew was also very polite and friendly as we were present while the job was being done. I will be quick to refer Pane-Liss to friends looking to upgrade their homes in the future.

Working with this company was the most frustrating experience I’ve had as a homeowner. They initially sold me a door style that doesn’t even exist, which I wasn’t told until five months after signing the contract. Then it took over 11 months from the contract signing to the installation completion of my windows and doors. The project was plagued by constant delays, all blamed on their manufacturer, but no one ever took responsibility, and we never received a real apology. Their salesman, Lee Fischer, misled us about the expected timeline from the beginning. Their operations contact, Erik Lemmon, was inconsistent from the start and took many days to reply to emails. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates, and every time, the job had been delayed again without any heads-up. The only time they called was to ask when they could expect payment for material delivery. One of the most unacceptable moments came when they showed up to install a window but couldn’t finish the job in one day. They then used our own clear tarp to cover the opening as they failed to bring their own materials, creating a major safety and security issue. We were explicitly told during the sales process that Pane Liss does not leave windows unboarded and does not require the homeowner to supply materials yet that’s exactly what happened. To make matters worse, two of the newly installed windows leaked on more than 4 separate occasions even though they did "hose tests" (certainly insufficient especially in Florida rain). Although they came back and fixed the leaks, it shows their lack of care with their inability to properly seal windows and protect your home in the first place. After all of this, I reviewed the contract again and found fine print stating the company is not responsible for delays, and that their project timeline is merely an “estimate.” They even filed the permit incorrectly. Every part of this process from communication to execution was mishandled. I've considered taking this to litigation many times due to the neglectful damage to my home as a result of the leaks and is still a strong possibility. This company lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for their customers’ time, safety, and home. Avoid them at all costs.

My impact windows installation went very well due to the professionalism of Bradley and his team at Pane-Liss Glass. He always answered my questions in detail during the installation. His team always left the work area in condo very clean during the entire process. I recommend Pane-Liss Glass, and ask for Bradley's team.
