Chad, he came by today and was very informative and thorough with his explanation. He explained to us about the energy efficiency compared to the other company we were looking at. He was able to show us different pricing of tiers. He explained to us about the warranty of each tiers and the overall cost of how much money we would be saving. Chad overall is a 10/10 and does a great job.

Matt Hay did an excellent job during the window replacemnt consultation I had with him. First of all I will state that I was surprised how punctual he was. Matt, arrived a few minutes earlier than the 30 minute window of the proposed appointment time. I can't tell how many times a small 30 minute window can turn into hours while dealing with other businesses. Matt came prepared with the necessary materials and walked me through the process of why it made sense to upgrade the windows in my home which were over 40 years old. It's funny because Matt jokingly mentioned that he could feel a draft from one of the windows as we were talking! He took the time to discuss the different types of windows available and the pros and cons of each in addition to putting on a demonstration of the different types of windows and their efficiency. His sales presentation was very professional and he made me feel comfortable during the process. The thing I most appreciate about Matt is that he didn't try to implore pressure tactics to make the sale. Window Nation is lucky to have an employee who really cares about the company he works for and the clients or potential clients they serve.

Sales consultant was weird, I didn't feel comfortable with him in my home as a woman for some reason--pushy, gave a 200 page presentation, nervous energy. Maybe this is how they sell 🤷♀️, who knows. He did give me a good price, but then took my money, went dark on communication with no emailed receipt. I had to call his manager (also unavailable) and corporate to get a status update-- they forgot to pay the city permit office🤦♀️. The positive, the installation was phenomenal--straightforward, quick and professional.

I scheduled free in-home estimate to price replacement windows for my home and was able to choose an exact time and date within a few days. Paul arrived exactly on time in company logo attire and was very friendly. He respected my home by taking his shoes off inside and my time by being clear with how long the appointment would be which was between 60-90 minutes depending on my interest and measurements for 15 windows. He presented the company and product on a tablet and asked me what was most important. I learned the quality product was built locally and company was established for 20+ years that would back a warranty above what the manufacturer warranty offers. The installer leads have 10+ years of experience and all employees have extensive training and background checks. The experience was educational and professional. No pushy or over the top sales presentation. Paul made me feel like my satisfaction with any questions was most important and worked with me offering solutions to fit my budget and needs. It was an excellent experience for an investment in my home. I highly recommend the company and would encourage you to request Paul specifically to help you with your window project.

We’ve been looking into replacing our windows, a salesperson named Matt came to our house from window nations. We were trying our best to be polite and understanding of his time. Initially we were told the meeting would be under an hour but it went on for almost more than 2. We politely asked to speed up the meeting as with little children it was difficult to sit through a whole presentation that honestly felt unnecessary. The whole time we felt very pressured to make a decision and it just felt very off. We asked for an hour to think and talk about it and we would respond to the offer by then. We were genuinely considering the offer because we really need new windows. Matt called and we kindly said we would hold off for now as we were looking into other options, ones that fitted our price range better- not an easy or fast decision to make. Matt seemed very irritated and was asking why we aren’t taking the offer and felt very pushy. I told him we are feeling very pressured and he just hung up the phone on me. It felt very unprofessional, rude and pushy. We believe to be straight forward with people, never mean or try to put anyone down. I have never worked with such a salesperson, and I’m not one to leave a bad review but this really impacted how we see this company and wouldn’t recommend it.
