I cannot praise Signature highly enough. We hired them in 2012 to replace all of our windows and two sliding doors - the work was excellent and we love our Simonton windows. We just hired them again to rebuild our two-story entryway and install a Perva door and new windows. From the very thorough conversations with our salesperson, Vitaliy, to the scheduling with the office staff, to the actual installation - everything is as professional and high quality as you can find. We gathered quotes from three other companies but none of them went to any effort to truly lay out how the job would be accomplished. Photos show the old & new interior side, and the new exterior. Still needs painting but we're so happy!

We updated three doors in our new home from old wood to high-quality steel doors. The front door is Geneva blue, and we love the look and feel of it and the glass on the top that gives some privacy while allowing light to come through. Basement and kitchen have a lot of light now and it feels so good to open the door. They feel strong but light. The whole experience was very smooth, from our meeting with Sebastian, to the installation of the doors. We interviewed other companies and Sebastian was very professional; he came with samples of door materials and helped me choose all the finishes patiently. He didn't just offer options based on what I wanted but gave expert opinion and guidance so we ended up with doors that fit our needs, are beautiful, and also applied offers that reduced the final price significantly. We can't recommend Signature doors enough!

We bought our first home last year and knew we needed to replace the front and rear doors. We agonized for a bit over whether we want to learn a new skill set (and possibly turn our diy moxie into a tragedy) or if we wanted to have the doors replaced professionally. We attended the Tacoma home renovators expo and had the opportunity to meet the owners there. They were just lovely, very knowledgeable and prepared for all our questions. They sent us off with their extensive catalog and took our information to call us for a consult at a later date. They reached out within 48 hours to touch base and see if we’re ready for a consult or had any questions. We worked with Sebastian for the design details and he was so helpful in walking us through the options. There are many choices and they’re all beautiful so he was instrumental in this process. We then had Igor over to the house for measurements and practical things. My husband says he was very professional and enjoyed how knowledgeable he is. My husband worked in construction accounting and assures me that the pricing is fair market value and I definitely felt comfortable with the price and financing option. Once we decided to get financing, we received timely and easy-to-understand instructions and breakdown of costs. The financing part was simple and everyone we spoke to was well-informed. On the day of install we had Raymond and Walter over to perform the work. They were both efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and kept me updated during the process. When the install was nearly complete one of the owners swung by, Jeff, just to check on everything! It meant a lot that he did that. And before Raymond and Walter left they did an overall walkthrough with me to make sure everything was functioning well and looking good. The photos below are of the front door and the inside of the front door. We are so happy with the doors! They’re beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The doors are excellent and really the experience with Signature Doors & Windows was exemplary. My husband and I spent many years in customer service and I must say these folks really take pride in their work. We highly recommend Signature Window & Doors!

I couldn't be happier with the installation of my new door. The installers arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They carefully removed the old door, paid attention to every detail during the installation, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned and operating smoothly. What impressed me most was their craftsmanship and respect for my home. They kept the work area clean, answered all of my questions, and took the time to ensure the finished product looked great both inside and out. The new door has completely transformed the appearance of my home, and the quality of the installation gives me confidence it will perform well for years to come. We had a fantastic experience with Signature Window & Doors! After receiving several bids, we chose Signature to replace ten windows as part of the exterior renovation of our home. From start to finish, the project team (consultant, project manager, install crew) were professional and stellar to work with. Delivery was on-time and the installation went flawlessly, but what impressed me most was the team's follow-through: After the install, our project manager Jeff offered to do a walkthrough of each window's operation and to ensure we were happy with the result. What's more, when one of the window's screens arrived damaged, Jeff proactively contacted the manufacturer for replacement, saving us the trouble. This sort of customer care is rare. We would happily work with Signature again!
