Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was excellent from start to finish. The overall process was a snap, beginning with a salesperson who came out, walked us through the options, and gave a great demonstration of the different products available. Our installers (Cody H., Willie M., and Eric T.) were outstanding. They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and handled a multi-day installation with professionalism and care. They protected our floors and home throughout the process, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and clearly took pride in their work. Most importantly, the installation itself was phenomenal. The windows look beautiful, the workmanship was excellent, and we absolutely love the finished result. We would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and especially Cody, Willie, and Eric for their great work and attention to detail.

Had Renewal by Anderson come replace a window with obvious wood rot on the outside sill. Taylor R and Justin L replaced the inner rotten board without charging us and were able to put the outer board back on so you can hardly tell that we have a new window. We were afraid that we would need to repaint the house but they did it so can hardly tell. In replacing our wood window, they also needed to cut into our custom wainscotting inside. They managed to do this without damaging the wainscotting. Except for some touch up paint on the interior frame, the window is good to go. They arrived on time and were done with whole process including cleanup in 3 hours. I will say they are pricey. We were also suprised at the 2 hour information session on their process and customization choices, but was worth it. We decided to start with one window and see how it went since we were going from a wood casing window to their composite. The window looks really good. They custom make their windows to match and unless you looked close would not notice that it is not like our other wood casing windows.

We had RJ and Jason install our windows and sliding glass door. The before and after is amazing. They were kind, courteous, clean, and efficient. They honestly left our property cleaner than when they were here. It was great. We are also experiencing the best part of new windows. NO DRAFT AND A CONSTANT HOME TEMPERATURE! Thank you RJ, Jason, and Carrie for an amazing experience!

From start to finish, Renewal by Andersen delivered exceptional service and a beautiful product with my replacement double doors. Liz, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she thoroughly explained how the doors were constructed and installed, which made me confident in my purchase and prompted me to order that very evening. A few days later, Theo arrived for precise measurements, showing careful attention and professionalism. Communication throughout the process was stellar, thanks to project manager Betty, who kept me informed of every step. Installation day brought Kyle Valencia and Will Armstrong, who called ahead, arrived on time, and demonstrated expert craftsmanship. They left no detail undone, carefully caulking the trim, walking me through how everything worked, and cleaning up so well that my home looked as good as before they arrived. I am thrilled with my new doors—they have transformed the whole feel of my room and created a beautiful view of my backyard. The quality is obvious, and my experience confirms that Renewal by Andersen’s team in Washington State is respectful, communicative, and committed to excellence. We live in an old farmhouse and this project upgraded 10 single pane windows and two entry doors. I had already upgraded three windows using Andersen 400 series, so I had the skills and had planned to replace them all over time. But my wife runs a business from home and convinced me we should hire a contractor. The installers (Ryan Seigfried, Logan Lowe, David Fish) did a very good job and we are pleased with the result. The reason I’m not giving a higher rating is because the cost ($73k) seemed very excessive. Replacing windows is not hard. I could have done the work for about $25k and feel a bit of buyers remorse. I would recommend Andersen if money is not an issue or you lack the skills. Otherwise go with Andersen-they do good work and provide a high quality product.
