We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows, slider, and front double doors from Renewal by Andersen. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The process began with our sales consultant, Alyssa J, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and guiding us through the options for our home. This made us feel confident in our purchase. Andy K followed up for the precise measurements of all 21 items and made an excellent recommendation for the front door's exterior trim. A special thank you is owed to Betty C and her assistant. They worked patiently with us to schedule the installation around some important personal events, which was critical for us. Their flexibility and understanding were greatly appreciated. When it came to the installation, the team's performance was a masterclass in professionalism and skill. The master installers, led by the fantastic team leads Ryan P and Larry T, arrived on time each morning for five days. They communicated the plan for the day clearly and were always happy to answer our questions. The outstanding workmanship of the entire crew was evident in every detail. It was also impressive to learn that many of the installers have been with Renewal by Andersen for over eight years. It's clear they enjoy what they do, which speaks volumes about the company. A special thanks to the master installation team: Ryan P, Larry T, Jeff C, Cody H, Eric T, Joey W, George H, Denzel P, Robert S, and Anthony G. We are so happy with the final result. Let me give you a bit of context. I’m an Interior Designer, and I’ve worked with numerous construction crews and contractors. Demas M, Johnny, and Jacob were among the most pleasant individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of collaborating with. Even my neighbors remarked on how exceptional a group of guys they were! They meticulously installed all our windows, ensuring that the cold was kept out during our January installation and minimizing dust to a minimum. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. They are incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy. Anderson, I hope you understand the value of having such a great crew in your company. I can’t express my admiration for them enough. As for the windows themselves, they are worth every penny. We’ve already noticed a significant reduction in drafts and a decrease in noise. We’re eagerly anticipating the energy savings and the relief from the scorching summer heat. We’re thrilled with our new windows.

Ali A. and Chris L. installed 3 windows yesterday (1/22/26). There were two "easy" ( wait for the story) sunroom windows that required no ladder. There was also one terrible window, high up and located over a large ( blocking) metal gazebo. 2 other contractors had turned me down, declining to put up the necessary scaffolding. Using two telescoping ladders, ladder jacks, and a magnificent ( if you've bounced along wood planks you'll appreciate this) aluminum plank that was stable and several inches wide. They set the whole deal up in minutes and proceeded to install the terrible window. Part II: Seems that the "easy" windows were not....when Ali removed the cedar siding surrounding the windows, he discovered that the wood underneath was sopping wet and had the consistency of french toast. He asked if I might have some extra 1/2 inch wood. Panic...I live in the woods in the middle of nowhere...fortunately I found some good scraps in the barn. He tore away ALL the wet wood mess, cut and installed new pieces, put on some kind of moisture barrier, squirted in lots of high grade caulk( including fixing the source of the problem) and replaced the siding (i offered, but no ). Oh yeah...the windows. They're beautiful. The trim matches the rest of the house in color and size. I hadn't really believed the screens could be invisible as I'd bern told, but they are. Ali and Chris could not have been more courteous, professional, and fun. What hard, fast-yet precise- workers. Amazing job, amazing young men. I was on the verge of buyer's remorse knowing I was paying more than some window companies, but the obviously sturdy quality, the beauty, and the over and above installation work made the result worth every penny. From start to finish, Renewal by Andersen delivered exceptional service and a beautiful product with my replacement double doors. Liz, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she thoroughly explained how the doors were constructed and installed, which made me confident in my purchase and prompted me to order that very evening. A few days later, Theo arrived for precise measurements, showing careful attention and professionalism. Communication throughout the process was stellar, thanks to project manager Betty, who kept me informed of every step. Installation day brought Kyle Valencia and Will Armstrong, who called ahead, arrived on time, and demonstrated expert craftsmanship. They left no detail undone, carefully caulking the trim, walking me through how everything worked, and cleaning up so well that my home looked as good as before they arrived. I am thrilled with my new doors—they have transformed the whole feel of my room and created a beautiful view of my backyard. The quality is obvious, and my experience confirms that Renewal by Andersen’s team in Washington State is respectful, communicative, and committed to excellence. This morning we had Effron a and Lucas S show up to her house and take out our old door and put in a new one. They were efficient, great communicative skills, lighthearted. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. The door is great. It’s lighter to open and close. The hardware is solid and when you close it, it’s closed. You don’t have to push to set it very solid very nice looking their framework was very nice and they allowed me to stain the trim before they installed it five star work guys. If all your Cruise are like these two Anderson windows you got some good people working for you. that’s for sure I will recommend you every chance I get thank you again. I appreciate your company and your employees.
